When flowers were delivered the candle to be included and I'd paid for wasn't there

Not reall happy eith the order,the bouquet was small and the chocolates were missing:(I did get a refund for the chocolates but the order was for a birthday present so i was very angry about this situation.

I chose EFlorist to send flowers to a sick relative because there was a lovely looking bunch in their favourite colours and you had fairly swift delivery. The flowers arrived on time, well protected, and they loved the selection. However three flowers were broken or withered (not just droopy) and attempts to contact your customer service involved my relative spending an hour trying to get through a chatbot to a contact form, then three emails from you asking for photos that had been sent the first time. At which point she gave up. No resolution as you are presumably waiting for the photos you already have. The bunch was just what we wanted but the stress to them of dealing with your response to an issue was really not what I had in mind. I can't add the photos below as I don't want to bother her further to send them to me. So the score breaks down to 5 for choice, ease of ordering and delivery, 2 for quality and 0 for customer service. I won't be ordering again.

I bought a bouquet of roses,carnations,daisies with folage,arrived In bud as stated on order. The flowers were in full bloom by 3rd day looking lovely. Unfortunately they were looking droopy by the evening of 4th day. I kept them in fresh water etc as normal but they were ready to bin by 6th day. Very disappointed as you were recommended

Delivery great - delivered on time. I was disappointed by the extremely small size of the bouquet especially as I chose and paid to upgrade it to a large size (won’t be doing that again).

Hi The flowers were lovely!! But unfortunately they were delivered by Amazon, who left the delivery on the doorstep instead of leaving them with a neighbour!! The flowers were for my friends 60th birthday!! So I was disappointed.

I spoke with customer service because the complimentary chocolate did not arrive and they then decided to refund me £2. I asked for the chocs to be sent separately but they said they can only send them together. So I have marked down the stars I can give them as I was not satisfied with the outcome. I would rather the chocs then a small refund.

Even though I’d made a previous order within a month it wouldn’t allow me to log in. I clicked and asked them to send a log in email and nothing materialised. I then had to start the whole process again from scratch. As a result I missed out on my chosen order for Christmas.

Some issues with the delivery date and the flowers sent were droopy and took a lot of tlc to recover. 2 rose stems were broken. The flowers that did revive were lovely, especially the lilies but I am unlikely to use or recommend you again.

My mum in law was really happy with the flowers she received however it was a good job I let her know she was expecting a parcel as the card was not included to say who they were from!

Flowers were lovely according to recipient and arrived on time. The ordering on line was a nightmare. It took two hours for order to go through because it would not let me pay and deleted my info each time. Live chat was useless and just kept telling me that Alstromeiria were ideal instead of answering my queries! ! A pity

Flowers turned up on time but not looking “very happy”. Evidently the packaging was damaged so perhaps that’s why the flowers didn’t look their best. Also flowers were to be in bud but these were fully open. Very disappointed.

Beautiful flowers but the image was VERY misleading! We all chipped in at work for a bouquet of 100 roses for our boss's shop's anniversary and it turned out to be a smaller bouquet than what you'd get for about £30 at a local market! Very embarrassing, thank you!

The flowers were beautiful but, when I ordered I was given the choice of the next day delivery, that didn’t happen and they arrived 2 days later, this missed the window in when I needed them to arrive. If you can’t offer this service then you shouldn’t advertise it!
