Do not order from them! I ordered a phone and there was no indication from their website that it wasn't in stock. They spent weeks getting it in stock. Every time I emailed them it was only 3 days away. Eventually I gave up and asked for a refund. They ignored this and sent the phone out 3 days later. Finally the phone arrived 31 days after I ordered it. I then lost £15.80 returning it to Hong Kong. It has to be back in 10 days! That's less time then it took them to send it to me in the first place. And they refuse to pay for postage even though I asked to cancel the order even before they sent the package.

Products took slightly longer than expected but it is Christmas after all. Products came and i was very pleased with them.

Dreadful company to try and do business with. They offer good prices but after that everything goes downhill with the speed of light. In my case I got a status which showed that it had been shipped but after a month with no further progress I checked with shipping agent UK address - they had no knowledge of package, They gave me a bland non informative response to one email but ignored three more. At this point I raised the issue with PayPal who wrote to eGlobal Central. Today I have received all my money back from eGlobal Central via PayPal. I suspect they never had any stock of the item ordered at that price. Do not trust them - probably one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with

Awful communication,basic lies reference item being processed when in fact item wasn't in stock,got refund for first order,now my second order ( paid for 10 days ago says dispatched, tracking number not valid,I recommend no one using eglobal,I never will again,and will advise all I know to avoid eglobal

Do not order from this company. It’s a scam. Ordered an I watch nearly a month ago and no sign of any being shipped

No phone, no help and more then a month sins ordering. Here you can get help hopefully against companies that do not keep what they promise. China consumer association. cca. cn/En/Index.html

My order could not be cancelled once it had been picked. I ordered at the beginning of November. Two smart phones as Xmas presents for my children. They were picked on 15 Nov and haven't yet left Hong Kong. It's now 6 Dec. I've tried to contact the shipping agents who tell me they don't know where the phones are or when they'll be delivered. I tried to contact EGlobal to cancel the order and they told me I could now only use the 14 day returns policy. I pointed out that I can't return what I don't have. They said I could cancel the order and they'd deduct shipping fees, but when I asked how much that would be they didn't answer the email. So I can cancel the order but I have no idea how much they will deduct - so obviously I don't want to do that as they could charge whatever they want for the shipping fees. There is an irony here that if they would get round to shipping the phones I wouldn't need to cancel. Their terms and conditions state that time is not of the essence for delivery so there is literally no deadline for delivery they could deliver them in June and not be in breach of their terms so I have no phones and nowhere to go legally speaking. They are now just ignoring every email I send. Please let my tale be a cautionary tale to anyone thinking of buying from EGlobal. Don't do it. Pay the extra 40 quid to Amazon and avoid being scammed. Interestingly the website still says these phones will be with you within 5-7 working days of being ordered. This is just completely misleading and untruthful. EGlobal are well aware that the product has no hope of arriving in that timescale

No item received, no replies to emails, no contact phone number, lucky I paid via paypal. Worse company ever and should not be allowed to trade.

Really dissapointed in eglobal,my order was paid for on Nov 29,( processing for 5 days?) Then this morning they told me not in stock,yet it's still for sale on eglobal site,it's a Christmas present for my son,now I fesr he won't get it in time,emailed 8 times - no satisfaction,checked my order - still says processing untrue-as eglobal told me it's out of stock,never again, ever,will I use eglobal,and my review will reflect this ,on all Irish forums, communication is awful, unfortunate as several friends have used eglob al without problems over the years

Nice to promise 6-8 days delivery when I've been waiting since November 5. No explanation why but just the standard answer. Have requested the money back when I want to cancel the purchase. No answer to this. Ordered an item 2 weeks ago. No tracking number received. Contacted support 7 times and only received 1 reply. Package still has not arrived. NEVER AGAIN.

Very Happy .Ordered a canon 200D . Didn't receive it after four weeks. Contacted them and they sent a new one in two weeks . Works perfectly. Saved over 250 euro compared to retail price. One advice get insured shipping so that way you are protected incase the product goes missing .

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy A10 on 3rd Nov, I was panicking about this company after reading the terrible reviews (but after I'd ordered, blonde moment lol). The phone arrived within 2 weeks, perfect, brand new, well packaged !!

Terrible experience with Eglobal Central: the product simply was never received. I had to write to them to ask what had happened after more than a month and they said the parcel was "lost". No reimbursement but a derisory 22 EUR compensation.. Reading around it appears I am not the only person in this situation so it seems unacceptable they keep on working with the same delivery company that keeps "loosing" packages..

Huge scam!!! I purchased a mobile phone on the 28 October and eGlobal Central UK shipped it to me on the 9 October because I claimed for my shipment, but the item never arrived, it was lost by the Hermes courier. And even if I've sent them lots of e-mails the only I get is what it looks like an standard answer as they are waiting for an answer from the courier! I've now read on other reviews that it happens many times, so I see that it might be part of a huge SCAM!!! Don't lose your money with them!!
