Order processing for over a month. Took the money and heard nothing since. Not replying to emails or Facebook messages. Avoid at all costs! Do not get ripped off!

I made an order on the 8th October 2018 and received an email confirming the order. Since then, I've not received a thing. (now the 17th October 2017). I've also sent 4 emails to them asking for an update and received nothing back. Even if the phone I ordered turns up, the companies customer service is shocking. If you're happy to wait a long time for delivery then it's worth it but they could at least give you the courtesy of informing you about the status of your order.

Do not buy from here. I was sent a camera that was faulty on arrival (DOA). Instead of replacing or refunding me they fixed the lens and sent it back. It went faulty again 3 months later. I sent it off for repair for them to say the warranty is void due to sand present!! Even though it was the same fault and they should have given me a refund!! Con artists at the highest level!! I am trying an ombudsman to try get my money back

We ordered a Nintendo Switch from this retailer on 17th September 2018 and paid £244.00 for it through PayPal. It was promised in 4-6 working days. Today's date as I write this is 13th October 2018. We still do not have it. The so-called 'tracking' number appears quite fake. It doesn't present any geo-physical location of where your order is actually at. Every 24 hours it updates and you will see some random message like, "Shipment further connected." or "In transit", just vague messages you access with your provided tracking number on their website. Worryingly, the company does not respond to any communication despite repeated attempts. We've tried every day for the last two weeks. It seems they are based in Hong Kong, but maybe a very small outfit. From reading other's experiences here, it seems very touch and go if you get your item or not. We will never buy from a company in Hong Kong again after this experience. Raised a dispute in PayPal to try and get our money back. Good luck if you want to try them.

After seeing mixed reviews I was unsure whether to go with this company however I can honestly recommend it. I ordered a Pocophone F1 and it saved me £120 ordering with these guys which was a huge amount. Only downside is the fact that it took about 15 days rather than the 6-8 working days advertised. Would definitely buy again from this company.

Great price for the device I got. The only downside was I had to wait ages, and with all the bad reviews I got anxious. Costumer support were extremely vague on delivery time. After a month, got it. Original, working perfectly.

I recently bought a Moto G6+ before realising that they were based in Hong Kong even though they had UK in the company name. I had paid with a credit card so I knew that I had some protection. They emailed me to say that the item had been sent and then I received an update every 24 hours as to it's progress. The item arrived after about 8 days on a timed delivery by DPD. I would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future.

I have to say, I'm surprised at all the negative feedback here......I bought a lens from eGlobal despite all the negative stuff I read, and it just arrived safely and exactly as I had hoped for, it took just over a week but that shouldn't be a problem for most people, it was tracked all the way and the info was updated regularly, all in all pretty good service, thanks guys and I'll use you again!

Make sure the item you get is exactly what you want. I bought a phone from them. The carrier support information they had on their website was vauge and misleading. The device didn't work well in the us. They made the return process long and extensive just to discourage you. You also have to pay for shipping to Hong knong. They found a minor reason to reject the claim and forced me to pay for shipping again if I wanted it back.

I ordered a mobile phone from this Company over 3 weeks ago. Was supposedly being sent by express delivery, but has still not arrived. I received an email from them on the 26th September saying that it had been shipped. Today, the online tracker is saying that the shipment is delayed. Also, the Company are no longer responding to my emails. This is a scam operation being carried out by a totally dishonest and fraudulent company. Be warned. Do not deal with them. You will be cheated and never receive the goods you have paid for.

This was my second purchase and I had bought Xiaomi max 3. My first purchase experience was good as I received the phone within 7 days. However, there was a problem with a delivery time with second time as it took a lot longer than it was mentioned when you initially purchase. Customer services are poor. I have emailed so many times to the email provided on website but it was only a one response. Yodel was the one who was delivering the item but they had told me initially that they have not received actual phone just paper work they had from eglobal and again eglobal never responded my emails. However, after 2 weeks I received the phone. Phone is brilliant and it was the same case with the first one. Their products are good and i have good experience so far but customer services are poor. I would recommend to use paypal for payments.

Please do not buy from this website!! They don't offer warranty for our products. I've send a phone to them, they kept it in service 3 months, I get it back after many emails, the phone was still faulty.

Didn't deliver goods. Claim they have. I even paid for insurance, and they just ignore you. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I paid for an iPad which I saw had turned up at the Reading DPD depot. When I tried to get it delivered (and eventually drove there to find a human to talk to) they told me it had gone missing. I reported this to eGlobal and they told me (by email) to speak to DPD. I explained (again) that I had but they simply said they would look into it. Nothing from them for 2 weeks now. Terrible customer service. I have raised it as an issue with PayPal but have not had much more joy there either!

They don't reply to emails or support tickets. Purchased a phone Sunday and it is Thursday now and all I can see is processing. No emails to say it has been dispatched and stuff. This is my second purchase from them and very disappointed. Paid with CC so will wait until tomorrow before trying to claim with the CC company.

Je souhaite partager ici une expérience très positive concernant le retour et remboursement. J'ai en effet souhaité retourner un Fuji xt2 à peine acheté chez eux pour un Fuji xh1. Et bien aucun soucis ! 1) j'avais reçu très vite le premier appareil photo (cad 1 semaine calendrier ). Le 2 e aussi. 2) dans la communication, bien qu'il y avait chaque fois un ou plusieurs jours d'attente entre chaque mail, il n'y avait eu aucune résistance ou chipotage. Tout a été parfaitement expliqué, suivi et remboursé ! 3) Le colis à mis tout un temps pour faire Le traject retour (3 semaines), mais ca c'est la poste, et les vacances estivales. 4) En plus j'avais oublié de retirer la carte SD fraîchement installé dans le xt2. Et bien aucun soucis, je l'air récupérer aussi ensuite. Bref bon prix, du vrai matos. Un service clientèle disponible et expédition rapide (c.-à-d. 1 bonne semaine)

Very poor customer service . Sold a phone with a faked ROM/firmware and made the phone no longer work . Pay pal had to deal with the issues to get money back AVOID !!!! You have been warned
