I ordered an iPad Mini from eGlobal Central UK on 10th October 2018, and got an immediate email confirmation that they'd received my order. All good so far. However, I didn't receive any further communication after that. I emailed them twice (to both email addresses I could find) for an update and got no response. Two weeks on, I checked my credit card and they hadn't processed a payment. I then emailed them to cancel the order as I have no idea when they were planning to fulfil it, and ordered off Amazon instead for an extra £20. Funnily enough I got an email response to my cancellation (they'd reserved the payment but not processed it yet) - it seems they weren't too bothered that I'd cancelled, I think they must not have anywhere near enough capacity to cope with the number of orders they are receiving. Having read other reviews maybe I got off lightly!

Poor Service and no response back from the support or the sales team. Why they advertise the products when they do not have in stock is beyond me especially when thay take weeks to souce it.

Avoid this company. I gave them a second chance after failing to deliver my first order. Six months later......I ordered a new Samsung phone and guess what......it never arrived. Lost in transit apparently. Have to wait 3-5 days for an email reply from eGlobal and when they do, it is useless information. I'm trying to go through my credit card company to get my £350 back as eGlobal are not helping. Trust me......avoid them and pay the bit extra for your own piece of mind!!!

In April I placed an order for a phone which went missing during delivery. I am still chasing a refund which is hard as they do not reply. Disgusting company.

I ordered an apple 4 watch on 27/09/2018 advised it was in process. Four emails later and like others on this site have mentioned I raised a ticket three times to get an update on the order, still no response. Advised them I’m now cancelling payment through visa. Really appalling service - best advice? Pay the extra and use a more reputable company who value their customers.

Hi i purchased a mobile from eglobalcentral that cost 495 euros. After 1 month i received an email that your package is lost during transaction and we compensate you 22 euro. During this period they didnt reply me to any of my emails. This is a fraud company. People dpnt buy anything from them. I have all the proofs. If anybody want to know i can share.

I placed an order with eglobal central, after a few days when I had not received a dispatch notification i sent an email to request an update, after 2 days I sent another email, I have also raised 2 of their own request tickets. Still no update

Don't bay from there it is a big scam. I ordered my phone to weeks ago and still not received. Eny answer about my phone no email... It is a fake don't bay evar

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I bought a new phone from them, but it`s faulty. I keep sending messages to them, so I can return it and get a refund. 2 weeks gone, but no response. I tried to contact with them on email, on website sending a ticket, on Fcaebook page several times but nothing. This company should be closed down.

I bought a brand new GoPro on their website which turned out to be FAULTY!! Since then, I have sent them multiple emails to complain about it and get a full refund, they have ignored most of my emails. Moreover, one of their employees called Dominic W., who is a sly and vile person, doesn’t want to give me their address so that I can send them back their faulty product and get my refund. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNTRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE!!! DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, TRUST ME!!!! They might be cheaper compared to some other websites, but if anything goes wrong, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!! IT WAS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME THAT I AM BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!! Next time, I will go on Amazon, at least them they don’t sell faulty brand-new product and their customer-service is A+

Order processing for over a month. Took the money and heard nothing since. Not replying to emails or Facebook messages. Avoid at all costs! Do not get ripped off!

I made an order on the 8th October 2018 and received an email confirming the order. Since then, I've not received a thing. (now the 17th October 2017). I've also sent 4 emails to them asking for an update and received nothing back. Even if the phone I ordered turns up, the companies customer service is shocking. If you're happy to wait a long time for delivery then it's worth it but they could at least give you the courtesy of informing you about the status of your order.

Do not buy from here. I was sent a camera that was faulty on arrival (DOA). Instead of replacing or refunding me they fixed the lens and sent it back. It went faulty again 3 months later. I sent it off for repair for them to say the warranty is void due to sand present!! Even though it was the same fault and they should have given me a refund!! Con artists at the highest level!! I am trying an ombudsman to try get my money back

We ordered a Nintendo Switch from this retailer on 17th September 2018 and paid £244.00 for it through PayPal. It was promised in 4-6 working days. Today's date as I write this is 13th October 2018. We still do not have it. The so-called 'tracking' number appears quite fake. It doesn't present any geo-physical location of where your order is actually at. Every 24 hours it updates and you will see some random message like, "Shipment further connected." or "In transit", just vague messages you access with your provided tracking number on their website. Worryingly, the company does not respond to any communication despite repeated attempts. We've tried every day for the last two weeks. It seems they are based in Hong Kong, but maybe a very small outfit. From reading other's experiences here, it seems very touch and go if you get your item or not. We will never buy from a company in Hong Kong again after this experience. Raised a dispute in PayPal to try and get our money back. Good luck if you want to try them.

After seeing mixed reviews I was unsure whether to go with this company however I can honestly recommend it. I ordered a Pocophone F1 and it saved me £120 ordering with these guys which was a huge amount. Only downside is the fact that it took about 15 days rather than the 6-8 working days advertised. Would definitely buy again from this company.

Great price for the device I got. The only downside was I had to wait ages, and with all the bad reviews I got anxious. Costumer support were extremely vague on delivery time. After a month, got it. Original, working perfectly.

I recently bought a Moto G6+ before realising that they were based in Hong Kong even though they had UK in the company name. I had paid with a credit card so I knew that I had some protection. They emailed me to say that the item had been sent and then I received an update every 24 hours as to it's progress. The item arrived after about 8 days on a timed delivery by DPD. I would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future.

I have to say, I'm surprised at all the negative feedback here......I bought a lens from eGlobal despite all the negative stuff I read, and it just arrived safely and exactly as I had hoped for, it took just over a week but that shouldn't be a problem for most people, it was tracked all the way and the info was updated regularly, all in all pretty good service, thanks guys and I'll use you again!
