Ordered a phone from eglobal . Got a confirmation and an email saying that the phone was dispatched. Six weeks later no sign of the phone. No replies to emails . Hopefully I can arrange a refund through PayPal.

Do not buy from them. The phone I got is faulty and it is claimed as a stolen phone. It was also made from plastic instead of gorilla glass 6, the IMEI number does not match the phone. So the phone I got is either stolen, clone or refurbished. Eglobal central denies everything, not willing to give money back. I paid nearly €700 for the phone. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. I GOT A PHONE FROM THEM FOR NEARLY €700 AND THE PHONE DOES NOT EVEM MATCH THE IMEI NUMBER AND ALSO IT IS A FAULTY DEVICE AND SOMEONE IS ALSO CLAMING THAT THIS PHONE IS A STOLEN ONE. EGLOBAL CENTRAL DENIES EVERYTHING AND DO NOT WANT TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK. THE PHONE I RECEIVED IS MADE OF PLASTIC INSTEAD OF GORILLA GLASS 6, SO PROBABLY IT IS JUST A CLONE SAMSUNG PHONE. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM EGLOBAL CENTRAL IF YOU DON`T WANT TO WAIST YOUR MONEY.

In summary you may save money with eGlobal Central UK but in doing so you take a massive risk. This is because the warranties on the goods they sell are more than likely not worth the paper they're written on despite carrying the manufacturer's branding. If the product is faulty on arrival or breaks down within the warranty period you will probably find, as I did, that eGlobal's after-sales service is non-existent. The manufacturer will more than likely not want to know either, claiming it is a 'grey/gray' import not covered by the warranty. For starters eGlobal Central UK is a misnomer. I understand they have a warehouse in the UK but the goods are actually shipped from Hong Kong. I did not appreciate the issues this would bring when I bought an expensive Olympus lens from them in December 2019. I had bought similar goods from them a couple of times before and while delivery was slow it always turned up as advertised. However when this particular pro lens developed a fault six months later I emailed eGlobal Central UK in the first instance and got no response - not even an acknowledgement. There's a piece of paper in the original Olympus packaging which says it's an Olympus warranty but apparently that means nothing as eGlobal Central UK are not an authorised UK/European dealer for Olympus! You have to wade through the Olympus website small print to discover the caveats in their warranty terms and conditions - which the vast majority of unsuspecting customers would not do in advance. Put simply, if you're in the UK and buy one of their products from anyone other than an authorised/registered dealer in the UK/Europe then the warranty is invalid. It might have been made in the same factory, come in the same box, but that doesn't matter. Olympus UK have now agreed to repair the lens but want more than £200 for the privilege! There was nothing to indicate any of this when I registered the product on their website along with the serial number on purchase. I have questioned this with them as I bought the lens in good faith from what I thought was through a UK source and therefore covered under the Sale of Goods Act. However I don't hold out a lot of hope after now reading some of the horror stories on various photography forums. It seems bizarre to me that Olympus (and they're not the only ones) will sell products to companies they know full well are shipping them abroad with duff warranties carrying their branding. Surely they should protect their brand reputation, and their customers at the same time, by stopping this practice at source? Of course all this would not be such a problem if eGlobal Central UK honoured the so-called warranty and had any level of after-sales service whatsoever. They haven't! Having had my fingers badly burned I would not make the same mistake twice. The risk and the hassle are just not worth it. Consequently I would advise anyone thinking of buying through eGlobal to stay well clear. You may pay more to buy the goods from an authorised UK dealer (checking in advance that they actually are!) but at least it will be covered by UK consumer law. You can consider the extra cost an insurance policy. It may seem grossly unfair that you have to pay more just to get a standard warranty that normally comes as part of the package when you buy goods and services but I'm afraid that it is the cold hard reality.

So i ordered a mobile phone in july, they say on the site it takes about 6-8 working days to receive it, they only shipped it after 2weeks + and when it reached ireland the horrible services of dpd lost my parcel! i spent 50+ euros calling their services and it took them 10 days to assume they lost it! i contacted eGlobal and so far no answer, no feedback, no customer service, no support, absolutely nothing! zero! this is the 3rd time i have trouble with both of them. Companies like both of these are what makes online shopping shady! DON'T BUY WITH THEM, DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!

Avoid , scam , I ordered a phone June and its now August and I have not received it , I contacted Dpd and they informed me they lost the parcel , however EGlobal has not refunded me my money , and there customer service is really bad, I have started a dispute with Paypal to try get a reverse transaction , I'm down €300 now , I would recommend spending a little more on sites like Bangood , Gearbest or amazon as if you don't receive your item they refund you straight away ! I will never use EGlobal again!!!

I bought an s20 plus and it never arrived. I've emailed multiple times after waiting over a month for delivery for it to get lost just before it got to my country. I bought a phone of them before with no issues. Now I'm down 655 euro and no phone to show for it.

The phone I bought never arrived and never got refunded. Between eglobal and the courier I received no assistance whatsoever after weeks of emails and calls. They told me I didn't contact them in the 2 week window that you need to be eligible for a refund, I showed them proof that I had and they ignored all subsequent emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Distinctly the worst company I ever dealt with on line. Paid for a phone 6 weeks ago and can get no communication from the company as to where my parcel is now. Eglobal does not respond to requests for information. My advice is to never use this company--looks like a scam.
