Terrible. Ordered a phone, one month later, no sign of it, no response from company. They have disabled the "package not received" form on their web site, lol -- that tells you all you need to know. Am having to reverse the payment on my credit card. For 20 Euros more I could have got the same phone overnight from my phone provider here at home! Nightmare, avoid at all costs, you have been warned.

Awful Website with No Support Same as the others, bought a Nintendo Switch and received faulty updates on its status and now it has been stuck on the same status for two weeks. It has been almost a month since I have ordered it with absolutely no contact from the website. This has been the worst company I have seen, so do not follow in the same mistakes that me and other people have. Heed the warnings, and do NOT buy from them.

Ordered a Honor Magicwatch 2 on the 22. April 2020 with them from Frankfurt Germany and made the payment to them via Paypal . The item was shown as in-stock and with a delivery time of 6 to 7 days . Up until now , ( 10th May 2020 ) , i have not received the Watch . I wrote multiple emails to them since the 28th of April but did not receive a single answer from them . Tried even calling their number in HongKong but nobody answers the phone . I have absolute no hope of getting the Watch now . I would suggest everyone to stay away from this Website ( i have learnt the hard way ) but hope that other people dont make the same mistake as me .

Scam likely. Spent $230 on Nintendo switch. USPS tracking shows shipping partner "NEWGISTICS" picked up parcel on APR 26th. It is now May 9th and there are still no new shipping updates. I emailed eGlobal central a few days ago and they said they would contact their shipping partner. Still haven't heard anything about it. For your own sake, order from a more reputable company.

beware.. this is scammed site. selling item as "in stock". but it is not in stock. make me wait for a week. and still have not shipped my order. stay away from these scammer

I ordered and paid for a phone on April 18 seeing that they offered 6 to 8 days delivery. we are now 19 days into the process and I have had tracking details from the for 7 days which are just platitudes. No note of who the carriers are. Have now sent 5 emails requesting information but had no replies. Having read the reviews I am now not surprised. I'm not angry - I'm fuming!! I really don't know what to expect but I think the answer will be NOT MUCH. I am going to contact Amex about this.

Avoid! I bought an iPhone in November and never received it. Tried for months to get my money back but no good. Please do not buy from here. The prices are too good to be true!

After waiting a month, I found out that the item (if it was sent) was sent to an incorrect address that I did not specify as the delivery address and the courier returned it to eGlobal. Terrible customer service: I purchased this item on April 7th and do not have the item or a refund! Customer Service is non-existent, with waits of 3-4 days to even get a response. Avoid at all costs.

Paid March 31th and have still not received my item. Cannot get a reply from these people when to received my item and they will not pay my money back. Don't buy anything from them.

Paid April 6th. Still have not received item Cannot get a reply from these people so now they have my money but I have no item. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Never again.

I have actually bought from this company before, roughly two years ago when I purchased a Motorola. It came during the delivery time stated and it lasted two years. Since I had such a pleasant experience last time, I had no reason not to purchase from them again. Biggest mistake I've made in a long time, a month and numerous emails later (all met with silence) I have not received my package or had any form of response from the company. Despite still advertising deals, listing delivery times as 6-8 days on their website, regularly posting to facebook and no notice about the coronavirus on their website, they refuse to give any of their customers any sort of reason or explanation for their missing packages, or purposeful silence.

Customer care does not exist. Purchased samsung galaxy a71 start of April. Got 1 confirmation email that order was received and PayPal account debited. Since then, nothing. I have emailed everyday with no response. I have raised a dispute with PayPal who in turn contact them, still no response. I will now have to start a full claim with PayPal for compensation which could take another month or more. I took a chance with these as the prices are very good. Don't make that mistake again. STAY AWAY

I can tell you the tracking provided by this so called company is completely fake!! 62020-04-28Shipment is on its way to the local depot. 52020-04-27Your parcel has arrived at a sort facility. 42020-04-26Shipment will arrive at courier depot for sorting shortly. 32020-04-25Shipment is en-route to courier depot. 22020-04-24In transit. 12020-04-23The parcel has been picked by the courier; The parcel has left the courier's warehouse. Every 24 hours you get a new update and if you google it, everybody gets the same fake info from them. The tracking number provided doesnt even exist! Dont buy here! I have a dispute which I will escalate to a claim via PayPal soon if the seller doesnt respond in a few days. Seller doesnt replied to normal email so im getting my money back!

Placed an order for a camera body. Was nervous when I did not receive a confirmation email. Sent to emails asking for confirmation. None received. 6 days after order. The camera body arrived. New, shutter count was 0. Not the best at communication, but prices are decent and they have quick delivery. Just need to be patient. Recommend using Paypal in case anything goes wrong.

Bought a Nintendo Switch from them, was meant for a birthday due 2 weeks from date of purchase. Item was marked in stock with delivery 6 to 8 days.  Had to buy the Switch elsewhere and have cancelled the order online and opened a Paypal dispute as no response from sellers or update on shipment. The Switch arrived after 2 months from order, just 1 day before the due date of close of dispute, which Paypal for some misterious reason closed in favor of the vendor. I have never seen something like this in years with Paypal. It seems like they partner together to scam people with false promises, one with fake stocks showing and misleading delivery dates, the other one with the famous @Buyer protection@ promise I will never buy again from these scammers and will close my Paypal account immediately as it's no longer of any use to me
