I ordered Samsung galaxy phone nearly 6 weeks ago. Only communication was through email. Initially it looked promising but after about 2 weeks got message that phone is held up by customs. After 4 weeks I asked for refund and they stopped answering my several emails. I took the claim through PayPal and they gave a Yodel delivery tracking number. When I tracked that number on the day of delivery, it said the parcel is getting delivered to a completely different part of UK. I informed PayPal and thankfully they are going to refund my money. Please do not use EGlobal just to save few pounds. AVOID

The worst customer service I have ever seen. Never buy anything from them at all. They sold me a broken phone that restarts 15 times a day alone, they did not reimburse it and even replaced it with proof of the fault. I had to buy another phone to send mine for repair. I threw in the toilet 170 euros. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Took my money for a laptop.nearly 1100euros.4 weeks later I got nothing.they just ignore me and my emails.they say 6days for delivery.they just take your big time and send nothing and ignore you.i just find out now it's a Chinese company.i will never deal with again.and I was a good customer.and my son still has nothing and I have no more money.eglobal stole it

This company is a SCAM. Product ordered a month ago still not received. No answer to my emails. I have lost my money (357€) and i am now raising this to the Police.

I had previously purchased a UE speaker from Eglobal Central several years ago. It remains a great product at the cheapest price and all seemed good. However, if there is an issue with warranty then this is a completely different experience. I purchased an iPad 5th Generation at the end of November 2017 for a Christmas present, that wasn't opened or used until December 25th 2017. This iPad developed a fault approx 14th January 2019, which was just into the 13th month of usage. PLEASE BEWARE, this company is not UK based (Hong Kong based I think) and they will not enter into any communication regarding faults after the strict 12 month period has elapsed. You simply get told that the guarantee has elapsed, they are not responsible and there is no alternative repair option. There is no such thing as Consumer Law with Eglobal Central, cash is clearly king with this company. It would appear that if you reside in the UK, in order to be protected by Consumer Law, you need to purchase from a bone-fide UK company. I won't make this mistake again, and will boycott Eglobal Central forthwith.

Worse company ever! Is based in China, not Hong Kong, I received a faulty item and they are wasting time answering useless questions to avoid to sort the problem out .... DISASTER !!

Avoid like the plague... Seriously....... A dodgy Hong Kong bunch of robbers. Ordered a watch... It didn't arrive.... But low and behold they don't answer emails other than auto response. Still chasing my money three months later.... KEEP AWAY

They give TERRIBLE customer service. Unbeknownst to me, someone opened a credit card in my name and purchased something worth $1500 from these people. BUT it was delivered to me. No receipt or invoice in the package. Only return address was a distribution center. The Credit Card Co finally figured out eGlobal Central US was the vendor. I emailed them and finally got a Case No. Was quickly told I could return it (TO HONG KONG) AT MY EXPENSE + ADMIN FEE+ RESTOCKING FEE WHICH WAS 30% OF THE ITEM. When I objected and reiterated that it had been charged by someone else on a fraudulent account, they said, ok, they would omit the Admin Fee!!!!!!!!!! Luckily, the Credit Card Co volunteered to pay for FEDEX to pick it up and ship it. Find someone else to purchase this from.....beware that what you purchase via Amazon might be coming from them. Really wasted 2 weeks of my time dealing with this.

Chooses eGlobal because of the price, but the delivery gave me a lot of problems, and I was not able to contact the courier directly. Result: received the poroduct after about a month. Surely better paying something more to Amazon or Eprice. ma la consegna mi ha creato moltissimi problemi.

Placed an order on 24th December and now the 11th January and still no sign of it being delivered. Been sent a tracking number from them showing it's in Normanton and had a link to Yodel but they say they don't have the parcel yet. Communication is terrible, wont be shopping with them again

Ordered and paid for an Olympus camera. Waited and waited and then was told the order was cancelled (I did get a refund after 20 days). I then bought the camera from John Lewis. Then thought I would give them another chance and ordered an Olympus lens. Once again, the order was cancelled three weeks later and I got a refund. Needed the lens for a holiday and it is too late now. Badly let down by a company offering goods it either doesn't have or can't obtain. Prices look good but maybe they are too good to be true. Take my advice, pay a bit more and get what you want.

Worst experience shopping online. Even though watch is listed as "lost in transit", eglobal has refused to refund my money and for some reason paypal refused to refund the money. Thieving clowns!!!

Before buying from eGlobal you should ask yourself whether you're a patient person or someone of a nervous disposition. If the answer is no to either or both of those then here be dragons... Walk away and find your bargain elsewhere. I have a feeling that most of the (negative) reviews on here are from generally impatient people who gave up on the process before it finished. You have to understand that eGlobal is based in Hong Kong. They have a warehouse situated in the UK, but the company is not here. So contact can seem frustratingly limited. When you contact the company, do it through their support email, do not try and open a support ticket because it will never get answered. If you contact them on a Friday, then don't expect a reply until Monday. Hong Kong time is 8 hours ahead. Purchase only via Paypal or credit card, so you can get your money back if you need to. Finally, do use the purchase insurance. I've read reviews of them not replacing lost uninsured items. eGlobal unfortunately use Yodel to deliver their parcels. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 on Black Friday after much researching of eGlobal and a little hand-wringing. I spoke to a couple of people who'd left eGlobal reviews on YouTube. They'd all gotten their stuff, so thought I might as well buy a new Tab S3 for the price it was being sold 2nd hand in most places I looked. So I waited. After a week and a bit I hadn't heard anything about the order, so sent an email enquiring the status. They told me that the Tab S3 had been really popular and they had no stock in their UK warehouse and would have to ship it to the UK. Thought to myself that this was fine... I was prepared for this. Plus it's probably the worst time of the year to make this order. A couple more weeks later I got an email giving me a Yodel tracking number and telling me that Yodel will sort it out in 1-2 working days. I wait 2 days and check the Yodel site. The status reads "Your parcel will soon be with us". I contact Yodel, who tell me they don't have the parcel yet, so send another email to eGlobal. I'm told not to worry and to be patient. Another week goes by and my order has been sitting in the same status on the Yodel page. Another email is sent. eGlobal apologise tell me that they are trying to advance my order and I should expect to see the status change soon. Another week goes by and no change or messages. Yodel are still saying they've not got my order. I'm at the edge of losing my rag by now and send 4 angry emails to them, but it's Friday and I have to wait for the weekend to pass before I get an answer. This leads to this morning when I wake to find a message from eGlobal saying that Yodel have my parcel. I check the page and whoopdeedoo! My parcel is finally at my local depot... Then out for delivery... Then bloody delivered!!! So yes, I have my Tab S3... It's bloody lovely and genuine (International model - Korean). Was very well packed with no signs of package tampering. All came good in the end and I'm happy... BUT it was a stressful few weeks. I made sure I knew what I was getting into before buying but still the experience really tested my normally super-patient self to the extreme. So yeah, buy from eGlobal but be very aware and use some common sense to avoid maximum stress. I made my order 26/11 and didn't get it until 31/12 but did order at the worst time! Wasn't sure how to star this so gave it a 3, but I'd give it a 3.5/5. Item was exactly as described and eGlobal always answered my messages. Happy shopping with eGlobal *crosses fingers hard* ;)

Ordered a new Samsung phone and it after opening it found out it requires a European Sim only!! Never said this is phone details and when I asked the company they did not respond. Trying to return with no luck so far. Huge mistake trying to save a buck. and now I may lose all my money. :(

Stay well away! Impossible to cancel order. I tried minutes after purchasing when I found out it is a Chinese company, not U.K. On website you have to 'Submit a ticket' I clicked on link plenty of times but nothing happened! You can't cancel by email or phone (don't bother, phone line is dead). I did find a marketing email address, they did respond a few days later confirming my request to cancel, said it was too late! It arrived a few days later, a Chinese Nintendo Switch. Now sending it back to China, including £15 admin fee and shipping costs!

Didn’t get item - fighting for refund - yodel lost or stole the parcel and Eglobal do nothing - I have cctv on house to prove no person game to my property as stated by yodel - going down small claims route with yodel and will report as a theft - use other companies not this one - no refund seems to be happening
