I ordered back in June. The furnitures were in back order. I called today to st Petersburg to schedule my delivery since on Aug I was told my furnatures are ready for delivery. A customer service representative called Carmen claimed not able to resolve the apparent issue. She is new a no other manager or representative at st Petersburg store was available. This is not acceptable. My sale representative was Lance.

I have purchased many furniture pieces from Robert Diaz over the years when he was a sales rep at both the Pembroke Pines and currently at the Plantation El Dorado store. He is professional, patient, helpful, genuine, and very knowledgeable about the El Dorado furniture inventory. The El Dorado furniture delivery gentleman Jose Fusfer and Edumel Triana (Truck 170) were very professional, careful when unloading snd assembling my furniture pieces, and down to Earth. I highly recommend El Dorado Furniture and give these three gentlemen an A+ for customer service.

Buena atencion por parte de la persona que nos vendio los muebles. Compramos alrededor de 10 articulos y la mayoria el delivery tuvo que regresarlos porque venian dańados. Los 2 sofa el delivery demoro alrededor de 3 meses para entregarlos y los pagos vienen aumentados los primeros meses. No recomiendo la tienda.

We are in the process of downsizing and needed new furniture. Not only does El Dorado have a vast inventory at great prices but we lucked out by getting Joe Lino as our salesman. Fantastic. Knowledgeable . Friendly. Made buying easy.

super fustrada con esta compania, compramos juego de sillon , comedor con sus sillas , stool . y desde que me entregaron el sillon tenia un defecto en la parte de atras , lo cual me lo quisieron cambiar pero todo los que trajeron venian con otros problemas y a lo cual pasaron los meses hasta que un dia me dijeron que NO me lo podian cambiar porque no era defecto de frabrica , No entiendo si los demas que trajeron venian sin el defecto que tenia el mio pero con otros que no podia acertarlo, entonces los llame para perdirles que me dejaran devolver el sillon y poder sacar otro modelo lo cual fue automaticanente un NO Y si lo queria retornar tengo que pagar el retorno de un 30 % del valor del sillon . y me quieren dar un GIF CARD DE $250 por un sillon de 4,000 usd. simplemente unos sinverguenzas. hasta con compre un seguro de proteccion y los resultados nada es aceptado... una compania con un nombre grande pero los productos malos.

Make sure you ask all the pertinent questions I just found out a year after I got my furniture because we didn’t get all the sections at the same time to make three deliveries. They charge me for all three deliveries but dollars it was free delivery all I could say is the customer service is horrible the warranty department, horrible I won’t go back. I spent a lot of money at the store and I found out how they are after they get your money. I paid off my furniture and I will not ever go back to that store and buy anything

Run away from this company and its gimmicks & poor quality merchandise. El dorado is not what it use to be. I was a loyal client for over 10 years & after this recent experience I realize that I will never purchase from them again. It started out with 3 bar stools - the sadie swivel chair at $399. The day of delivery 2 out of 3 came with markings on the sides of the seat, it looked like when someone has a box opener or knife & cuts several times over - this was brought to the attention of the delivery guys & they stated its just glue and would open a repair ticket to have them cleaned. Mind you a month went by & i followed up with the store & they found the ticket that said that but never called me to set it up. When the repair man saw the chairs he said those are actual scratches not glue & would not come off. I called the store to report this & they said we had to wait for the report of the repair man & then we can talk. Another 2 weeks go by & again no phone calls or follow up. I was finally able to speak to a clerk when I went to the store in person - since I was needing to purchase more items for the home. I told my sales rep & she said pick out the furniture & then we will follow up on the chairs. I was simply asking for them to exchange the chairs, not asking for a refund or money back. After the sales rep tried to speak to multiple managers, the store denied the exchange & said it was because I didn't return it when they were first delivered. I couldn't believe it & was appalled. So for listening to their employees & following the protocol that they said, now i'm left with 2 damaged chairs & that's it. Second, the other items (2 swivel chairs in Navy blue) by this time we had ordered & delivery scheduled for the other furniture. They attempted 4 times to deliver one of the two chairs & each time the fabric was damaged. Now they are saying " we have attempted to deliver the same chair 4 times & the defects is how the chair is, no more attempts can be made." Seriously ... so you take clients money that has no defect but you sell me a defective product. You have lost my business & I will let everyone know of El Dorados misleading & terrible practices & poor customer service.

Me and my husband ordered furniture over a year ago hoping to get it after the pandemic. Our furniture is now ready to be delivered and we find out that the furniture had been sold to somebody else so we couldn't get the furniture Because it's discontinued now

A credit was due on my charge card. I had to call five different times, and was jockeyed around to different people, saying this was taken care of. Two weeks later I was not credited, I was told the person who does this with all the country for two weeks, and it will be done that day. Wasted lots of time on the phone and after I threatened to dispute the charge with my credit card company and give them bad reviews all the sudden was magically done. I caution you , to check your charges and be vigilant that credits are not done, unless you really push the issue . They do have some nice furniture , a lot overpriced , but the hassle of this and shuffling around is definitely not worth it. Nobody got back to me to see if I was satisfied with anything after all the calls.

EL Dorado Furniture: Deceptive marketing practice. This Furniture store is one of the worse place for purchasing furniture in whole Miami. The staff use to cheating consumers regarding items availability as well as about product quality, which is very bad. If you want to save yourself problems and a headache, do not buy at El Dorado Furniture, not matter the offers.

I bought a white leather sofa and when I received it.. it was yellow from sitting in the warehouse. I call the salesman and he said that is our white. If you want to return there are fees and buy another more fees. So I tried to clean it but now after 8 months my sofa looks so bad the yellow is even more yellow. They don’t want to help.. they said nothing they can do.it is a 2500$ sofa that I have to give away or sell cheap…. I have to buy a new sofa. The advertising on there website is wrong and the salesman didn’t care.

This is my 2nd review. 2 1/2 months later and nothing. Pitiful all around.......... This is the latest update from your company that has failed MISERABLY (in so many ways), and to give you insight into a very dissatisfied customer of yours, and how she’s trying to cope with a company that couldn’t care less and to see first hand the goings on in your store at Lyons Road. 11/1/22 - I sent letters to you, (the executive assistant), my salesperson Rossana and an actually wrote a review too. I wrote a review on how appalling and mishandled I’ve been treated as your customer. Your store manager Elkie (is probably the worst offender in all of this!) Not once did she have the slightest intention, thought or decency, to call me but kept telling her salesperson Rossana to relay messages. This is NOT managerial material. Maybe think about retraining her? 11/3/22 - Jose (a 3rd party sub) came to my house, said the slates MOVED but never relayed that to any of you. He moved them easily. 11/5/22 - Rossana called me and said there isn’t anything wrong with the bed. Mind you I purchased this September 4th it is now November 17, and no one cared enough to look into my horrible experience! 11/10/22 - I called Rossana and explained that Jose (the sub) shook the bed and had agreed it wasn’t stable. My back, neck, lower spine are absolutely killing me and not a thought or a word. I haven’t slept since September 4. She said she’ll speak with Elkie (but once again the same old story). She’s always out, in a meeting and can’t be reached. It’s an OLD STORY at this point. SHAMEFUL! Have the decency to not to leave it to your underlings and pick up the telephone and call me. You're the manager……... 11/15/22- Called Rossana but she didn’t pick up and I left a message. 11/17/22 - Left ANOTHER message for Rossana. She finally called back and said there was nothing she could do. I told her Elkie should be calling me and she said she’d call in 10 minutes. That was a joke! I don’t understand how you've duped so many people. Even down to the bed being $1,799 reduced on sale for $1,499 and the next day $1,199. How have your gotten away with this for so long? I have now gotten a big education and see there are many, MANY dissatisfied people who’ve left reviews. I will be leaving mine as well. How do you hold your head up every day when you’re doing this to innocent people who hardly have any recourse? If this was taken care of the first week of September it wouldn’t be dragging on for OVER 2 1/2 MONTHS. Very disgruntled and stuck with a $1,199 dollar bed that I have no use for. Thanks for nothing! However, it was actually $1,500 and I needed to spend one $1.00 to get the sale. I asked if I could pay it in cash and was told no, I had to buy something. The least expensive item in your store was $19.00 for a pillow so I bought it. Less than 12 hours later in an email, Eldorado was having a major sale and now the Ella White Queen Platform bed was $1,100. Imagine my surprise….. I immediately texted my salesperson and she said she would try and ask the manager who wasn’t in that day if I could get the new sale price. She finally got back to me and said I could, but I had to bring the pillow back. I drove back down and got the refund. I’ve had this bed less than 1 month and never could get comfortable in it, and haven’t had a single nights sleep. I owned an extremely expensive mattress “that I loved” that was only 6 years old, but thought maybe that was the reason. So I purchased a brand new bed, “costly I might add” and still no one ever contacted me. I drove down there and tried reasoning with “the manager” but she said I needed pictures and she would write notes in the computer and forward them along. No one ever contacted me. So here we are and I feel as though EVERYONE has kicked this down the road without any thought to the customer. I would like someone to come and pickup this platform bed, and either let me purchase a boxspring mattress and whatever monies are left over I’ll buy something else for my house, or refund my money. This is now bordering on cruel. I’m being completely ignored and this isn’t the way a company is supposed to treat their customers, let alone do business. This is nothing less than bad form…….. This was written up and purchased September 4, 2022 and it is now November 1, 2022 and your company has gone silent. Yesterday when I called and spoke with a “salesperson” (I won’t mention by name), I was told the manager was in a meeting, my salesperson was off and that he would relay everything to them and have them call me. I’m still waiting for that telephone call. No text either. I’ve done everything I was told from the start. I done everything in the nicest possible way but my calls, texts and visits have fallen on deaf ears. Could someone please read the notes to this long and terribly drawn out saga of a person that has tried from the very start to get some help on a purchased platform bed she couldn’t get comfortable in from the beginning? Trespassing complaint completely ignored by Carlos Capo, owner Eldorado Furniture and the Naples Store Manager Alex Gazzola. Eldorado Furniture showed up 45 minutes before the set delivery window, entered my home with out my permission and without me being present, set up the bed in a completely false direction - completely senseless, damage my property and littered the street with their trash. Unfortunately I don't speak Spanish and had to fight my way through their administration to get the bed problem resolved. They are not responding to the trespassing, property damages and littering complaint, just hiding like little children. As soon as you leave the sales floor you have to deal with complete incompetence , ignorance, arrogance and dictatorship. I just lost everything during hurricane Ian and I must say Eldorado Furniture violates your property rights on top of the trauma, is just so against humanity.

El Dorado customer service needs to be trained. They never apologize for anything. They never show care or concern for the customer. They don’t care if you have a complaint. They don’t care if you contact their corporate office. They don’t care if you talk to their CEO. I ordered a 6 piece bedroom furniture set. It took 5 deliveries to get the order completed due to damages. After the 2nd delivery I asked to speak to the manager. They had someone else call and he was not the manager. After the 3rd delivery I finally spoke to a manager named Alex who gave me an empty promise of a store credit. I called a few times and asked for the salesperson Louis and he called one time. No one except for the manager apologized and promised to send a store credit which he never followed through with. Save yourself the aggravation and buy somewhere else!

Paid $400 for office chair after 18 months both armrests coming off. Store said this is expected after normal wear and tear of 18 months yet only gave 1-year warranty and refused to make what was conceded to be a "simple" repair. Worked with BBB and stored offered repair for $185. I accepted but was then told the cost went up to $291 due to "delivery fees". Wish I never bought there - customer service is awful and merchandise is overpriced.
