“I'm a very choosy person, but when I seen these wheels, OMG I had to have them for my C5 Corvette, they really look awesome, I'm always getting compliments on the appearance of the car, simple excellent.”

“I had a great experience with element wheels. I've bought wheels before from online and they are generally just mediators between the supplier and buyer. They don't inspect, check fitment, or communicate well with the customer. My wheels arrived at element and after inspection and trial fitment on the same car (tesla model s, crazy they have cars available for testing fitment) they found the offsets to be machined to high. They sent me pictures and sent the wheels back to be fixed. Through it all they were easy to communicate with and ensured I knew hat was going on. If you buy from carid or realtruck I I can assure you, they don't do any of this. Even after the repair the wheels arrived in a timely manner, tires mounted and ready to go. I put them on myself with ease and compared to other experiences the entire process was drama free. Highly suggest this company and highly suggest you avoid the others I mentioned.”

“I am very pleased with the rims, price and delivery time. The only thing i didn't like was during the installation i was told by the service guy that my rims were without sensors. I wish i had known that. It still ended up great! I would absolutely do business with u guys again.”

“I wrote a bad review cause their was troubles with my order and shipping and they contacted me right away same day with a solution to solve the bad service I had gotten we agreed that they would credit me and send the lugs that didn’t ship with the set of wheels for free and gave me 100.00 credit back to my credit card and would help me with credit on my next purchase. As well as overnight shipping on the lugs that didn’t get shipped to make their service right.”

“Excellent customer service, I had an issue with the TPMS sensors for my Model Y Performance due the Element Wheels provided sensor and Matt was able to call me and source a set from Tesla to complete my order and get and my order shipped off through Fed Ex. Other companies would have sat on the order until they we called by the customer looking for their order. Big shout out to Matt for his excellent customer service oh and thanks for the military discount, every little bit counts. Craig G.”
