“By far the worst online ordering experience in my life.
First of all, their prices are good, very competitive, but they add on $8 in shipping costs and a $7 "adult signature service" unless you order enough to get free shipping, but you have to pay the $7 no matter how much you order. So much for free shipping.
So I placed my order on 6/8 and received an email the next day that it had shipped. I checked the tracking info a few days later and the status was still "label created." I contacted EV and was told that the carrier had the package. I contacted the carrier and was told that EV had not given them the package. Finally, on 6/17 the status changed to "Package has departed facility," so it took 9 days to get the package into the hands of the carrier. 3 days later the package had made it from California to Atlanta and had an expected delivery date of 6/24. 6/24 came and went, no package. I contacted the carrier and was told that they didn't know why it wasn't delivered but would let me know, never heard back. Today, 6/30, the package was delivered. So the package sat for 9 days in the hands of EV before the carrier even got it, 3 days from CA to GA, and then 10 days sitting in Atlanta, 28 miles from my home. I will never order anything again from Element Vape and hopefully you are reading this before you place your order. Take my advice, avoid this company like the plague.”
“No support whatsoever from EV in regards to the pathetic shipping company they use now - GLS Shipping. What used to take 4 days max from CA to NM now takes 10 days. EV will blow you off and refer you to GLS whom you have to fight and put up with their lies. Research GLS Shipping. Not sure why EV would use them but EV better be ready to lose more longtime customers like me. Buyer Beware!!”
“Why would you charge me $16 dollars to ship a $4 item in 2 days and- can’t even get me my “you bought this and it will be shipped” confirmation MORE than 2 days later?!? It’s 7 days later and I still don’t have my package. Covid is NOT LONGER AN EXCUSE. If you make me pay $16 for 2 day shipping- it had better get here in specified time. That’s theft You’re lazy and using an excuse that is no longer valid because you can do nothing other than point fingers. I work in a very Covid effected field too- we take responsibility for our actions and follow through with our promises to our customers. Anything less deserves 0 stars.”
“I ordered 5 bottles of vape juice even though the last time I ordered from element vape I had two missing items. I didn’t get my order and had issues with the carrier. I looked up the carrier service on line and saw they had a F rating on BBB and plenty reviews and complaints about missing packages and people getting ripped off. I contacted element with this information but they said it is out of their control. I wonder if they are working with the carrier service. They must be getting something out of using a F rated delivery service known for mishandling.”

“They sold non working seconds. We purchased 10 boxes of coils. 4 boxes never worked, 2 boxes failed within 2 days.
When contacted they stated not responsible for items sold that so not work. Crooks!”

“Looking over the reviews, I wonder what changed at Element Vape 7 months ago. I was a loyal customer over the last 3 years, buying thousands of dollars worth of vape gear, with never a problem. Until my last 2 orders, both placed after the beginning of 2022 - the same complaint as the other reviews below. Fly-by-night, unknown shippers, lack of customer service from EV. Element Vape is able to ship via USPS because I had 2 orders shipped that way in 2022 and both arrived within a week, and I was able to get accurate and timely tracking info. Unless things change, Element Vape will be losing a loyal customer.”

“I NEVER got my package! i have been waiting for almost 2 months now. They said that they will give my money back once the package goes back to them but that’s BS because the package can stay lost or stolen at the shipping facility and they don’t have to pay you back as long as it doesn’t go back to the company! In my opinion this company is a scam!!!! Save your money and time and do not buy from them! They don’t even deserve a star!”
“sent me a ijoy last order, came with repackaged plastic on it and a screen totally scratched up. sent it back and they send me a pic of a black model of the device. mine was stainless. ordered one more time seeing i have done business with them for so long. got back a dot mod and tank both plastic removed and the authenticity check with dot mod both come up as fakes. this business is the titanic folks.”
“I ordered a couple of kits, coils and pods and never got them. The tracking service they use is Route. They will take you in circles and bounce you back to Element Vape. EV will direct you to route. So basically they take your money and forget you exist. And they insist you pay to have your signature on delivery which never actually happens. Gotta be real slimeballs behind the scenes.”

“I would give them a -10 if I could. They were great....then XDelivery came along and they lost all sense of what customer service is. That is their chosen shipping company that they contract with, but the company SUCKS. Element knows how horrible this company is and still refuses to assist customers in any way. They are really hurting themselves and I will honestly be surprised if they are still in business by the end of the year if they keep this up and don't either hold the shipping company accountable or find another company.”
“It is always depressing to see a company you have done business with for years let down the customer so thoroughly. I placed an order with Element Vape, had 1/3rd of the order magically canceled due to "out of stock" (website still shows items as well as variations of that item in stock). I reached out to Element and received a cut and paste message directing me to their "anything goes" policy. Normally, this would not be a big deal but recently they began charging a $7.00 fee for "signature service". (Same service you receive for $1.00 from competitors) If you are unhappy with not receiving your full order, your only recourse is to return your entire order (which they make you jump through a bunch of hoops over), pay for shipping out of your pocket (which they will not reimburse), and they still keep the $7.00 signature fee. With so many alternative suppliers available, I would NOT recommend Element Vape in any situation.”
“If your order can’t be shipped through USPS or another verified carrier such as FedEx or UPS, then DO NOT ORDER. Element Vape uses a third party carrier (DeliverOL) that is well known to make ghost deliveries. My order took over 6 weeks to arrive. My mom’s order has been “lost” for over 8 weeks. No response from DeliverOL and “not our problem” from Element Vape. Seems like they know who’s in their bed but don’t want to open their eyes to the scam delivery service….Not sure how this delivery company is still in business. My experience with Element Vape has always been positive until they started using DeliverOL. Now, I will look somewhere else to find my vaping supplies.”

None of these businesses knows where my package is and none are accepting responsibility or accountability. Paid for the shipping protection that they say is optional but was forced to accept to even order.
