I bought a mesh coil tank from them and it’s by far my favorite tank. The shops around me locally have terrible selections, high prices and ripped me off by selling my a broken mod. “Only have ordered a handful of times from Element Vape, but my last order ended up having a faulty mod that had quit after turning on and firing once. Emailed the team and within a day had a return label. A couple days after that the item was successfully returned and my account credited. All in all, I will definitely be a returning customer by their outstanding customer service.”
“Company was responsive which is why they received the 3 stars. Unfortunately they do not refund shipping on an item that came defective. They dont offer replacements so you basically only get refunded for the order minus the shipping so you lose out on $8. And if you want to re-order you will have to pay the shipping again and hope that 2nd time is a charm or else you would lose another 8 on shipping.”

“Used them for almost 2 years with no issues. My last order was missing an item. They will ask you to send pics of everything that was in your order when you received it and the packing slip. After you do that, they will send you a survey that asks you the same 5 questions over and over. No matter how many times you fill in the info, You will never complete the form. It is a scam. Their customer service is no help either. Do business with this shady company at your own risk.”

“I recently purchased four Joyetech products. Three of them were the exceed D19 starter kits. One of the kits came with an extremely weak battery, brand new, right out of the box. When I reached out to customer service to try and replace the weak battery, they came up with multiple reasons why they were not going to cover it. I provided information to argue those reasons with them and they came up with other reasons why they would not cover it, which again, I provided more information and they instead offered me a five dollar credit towards my next purchase. Really?! I just spent $80 + and this is how your willing to resolve my issue?! This was my first time using Element Vape and consequently, due to their own actions, it was also my last! I will not be a repeat customer of this business! So buyers, beware! If you have a problem with a product that you buy from element Vape, they will not help you to resolve the problem.”
“Element vape has always been one of my go-to sites for vape devices. They've always had great prices and have always shipped their products in a timely manner. Last week, they had accidentally sent me the wrong device (sent a Suorin Shine instead of a Suorin Edge). I emailed their customer service, and they got back to me within less than 24 hours having already shipped the correct device and told me that I can keep the other one. In my opinion, that is top-tier customer service. Although I was frustrated, mistakes happen, and good customer service means making up for those mistakes. I couldn't be more happy with the customer service I've received from them. It is the kind of service I wish all companies had.”
