“I have been ordering from Element Vape since 2020 and have had good experiences, bad experiences. BUT I feel with every order the experience gets better. My last order I was notified that one of the products I ordered was discontinued. Customer service sent me an email and gave me 3 options. I picked the option I wanted, they sent me an email back confirming my selection and let me know they were shipping the rest of the order. I received the rest of the items 4 days later. Big selection! Best customer service! Shipping...well can be great but sometimes stuff happens!”
“Ordered a mod from the website and it came defective. I sent it back and they only refunded me 27$ back when the total including shipping fees was 42$. So basically I lost 15 for getting sent an item that didn't work at all. They kept stating that shipping fees are non waivable but when I asked them to just give me a 15$ promo to even out my losses but I never got a reply back after that. “I was looking for a box mod and tank that could vape at higher wattage. Every time I was recommended one, I was left disappointed with a max wattage usage of no more than 60 watts. After Google research I found the Smok Rigel. I misunderstood and thought it came with a tank, but I quickly bought one asap...the Cloud Beast. I love it! Upon start up I tried out 115 watts...no burn. Then went up to 175 watts with no burn taste at all. Seems to give me a good hit so for the moment I will stay at that level. Delivery was good and my 2nd delivery of my tank was only 3 days from the date I ordered. Very happy with the products and will be shopping with them from now on!”

“Just got a new vape from them with a defective pod because it will not seal where you put liquid in. Makes a huge mess. I contacted them and they sent a generic list of suggestions that did not work or apply. They said pod was not covered under warranty and completely failed in adressing the issue. It's worthless like it is...$89 for a headache. I will have to go somewhere and find a new pod for it. They will not get another dime from me. I think they sold me one that had been returned because there was no spare pod in it.”

I had no idea as these items are legal in Canada. If you package is looked at it will be taken the fact that they seem to know this and still sell it shows they do not care.

“The worst experience I ever had. Every time I place an order I have to go through an ordeal of proving my age by sending ID, Social Security number, wait for reply and much more. In Amazon age it’s ludicrous! Delivery is a separate issue. USPS is the worst! I’m home after 4pm, and I filed redelivery, and got a final notice which is a separate issue. Their website is not customer friendly, to reorder, I can’t just push “reorder” button, search on my iPhone doesn’t work. I am a very patient person, and this is a horrible experience second time I a row! 1 out of 10 user or customer friendly - is negative 100%. I wrote to them about my experience, no response whatsoever… I take my business elsewhere. They literally suck!”
