The reviews about the vape mail ban situation are true, and you can expect to wait up to a month to receive orders on the east coast. But, they offer route protection and I’ve always had stellar responses from their customer service team. The mail issues are coming from them using local carriers, which lose or misplace packages often. When my tracking gets stuck, I email customer service and they get it rectified right way. Most recently, I had a package get stuck for several weeks, emailed them and asked for a replacement via USPS instead. They didn’t charge me extra, and the replacement came via USPS within 3 days. Products are always solid.”

After filling out the pink Post Office Package Request I taped the Redelivery request
in my mailbox so the carrier would need to move the slip to put mail in the box. As I waited for the Post Office Carrier to deliver, the bell rang and it was the Post Office Rep and my order completed!

1. Good customer service. Has auto confirmation if outside business hour. And they reply within 24 business hour. This is only for their 1st thread, it's not like some corporate each email reply takes another 24 hours
2. On time delivery. It haven't missed any of my package. You also also spend $2-3 for insurance. I had some missing vape juice in a package before, but they immediate send another package after I told them.
3. Juice quality. It depends on what you buy. It has many choices online”
