Only have ordered a handful of times from Element Vape, but my last order ended up having a faulty mod that had quit after turning on and firing once. Emailed the team and within a day had a return label. A couple days after that the item was successfully returned and my account credited. All in all, I will definitely be a returning customer by their outstanding customer service.

Company was responsive which is why they received the 3 stars. Unfortunately they do not refund shipping on an item that came defective. They dont offer replacements so you basically only get refunded for the order minus the shipping so you lose out on $8. And if you want to re-order you will have to pay the shipping again and hope that 2nd time is a charm or else you would lose another 8 on shipping.

Purchased a relatively expensive vaporizer however company shipped the incorrect vaporizer. After a lengthy process company waited to receive their incorrect equipment before shipping the correct vaporizer. Company took my monies easy enough but would not trust sending me the purchased equipment until receiving their mistake. Entire process took a multiple weeks. Would not recommend

I was reading the email sent to me stating my order was delivered and saw the part at the bottom about contacting you if I had any way you could improve the service. I just want to say I couldn’t possibly give you guys any more stars or thumbs up or whatever type of positive feedback you choose to use. Your website is clean, and easy to use. Your deals are great and your inventory is well stocked. And the shipping? I ordered this like 3 business days ago! This is spectacular! I recommend your business every chance I get and couldn’t be more satisfied with the service you provide. What could you do to improve? Not a damn thing. And you can quote me on that! Keep it up!

Sold me 2 back to back defective Eleaf istick 10v mini mod.Lost $16 in shipping plus 2 trips to the post office to return the $17:99 junk.I took the store credit instead of the refund the 1st bad one and once I got the 2nd bad one I lost the choice of refund since I took store credit the 1st time ?? Now I am not sure if I should take my losses at $34 or take the very good chance of getting another p.o.s and lose another $8 in shipping. They don't back their junk they sell

Used them for almost 2 years with no issues. My last order was missing an item. They will ask you to send pics of everything that was in your order when you received it and the packing slip. After you do that, they will send you a survey that asks you the same 5 questions over and over. No matter how many times you fill in the info, You will never complete the form. It is a scam. Their customer service is no help either. Do business with this shady company at your own risk.

Placed an order for juice. They created the shipping label but it still hasn't been shipped. Its been a week now. They wanna use covid as an excuse. Just put the package in the mail! I'll never order from them again

I had issues with a leaky/broken box mod, and the company went above and beyond to remedy the situation. They were considerate on shipment times due to COVID. Couldn’t be more great full!

I recently placed an order for a Smok Mag Grip mod, after I placed my order I went to my Bank app and saw that I had accidentally ordered two instead of one! I immediately panicked! Living on a fixed income every penny counts so I immediately contacted Element Vapes customer service to explain my situation. I anxiously awaited their response, to my surprise they were very understanding! I would say they went above and beyond to help me,making sure I was satisfied customer. They immediately canceled my order,replaced the money in my account, actually it takes 2-5 business days for this to happen but I’m confident they will!! I haven’t been a customer for years and years,matter of fact this is only the second time I’ve ordered from them,still they treated me like I was a VIP customer!!!! If anyone can find better customer service than Element Vape gave to me I would love to know,chances are you won’t,PERIOD! I would highly recommend Element Vape to anyone looking for a great product at a great price with great customer service!!

A return for a faulty product is very lengthy and they do not return the shipping cost or offer a replacement instead of a return. You will need to pay shipping again, and its expensive from them.

I recently purchased four Joyetech products. Three of them were the exceed D19 starter kits. One of the kits came with an extremely weak battery, brand new, right out of the box. When I reached out to customer service to try and replace the weak battery, they came up with multiple reasons why they were not going to cover it. I provided information to argue those reasons with them and they came up with other reasons why they would not cover it, which again, I provided more information and they instead offered me a five dollar credit towards my next purchase. Really?! I just spent $80 + and this is how your willing to resolve my issue?! This was my first time using Element Vape and consequently, due to their own actions, it was also my last! I will not be a repeat customer of this business! So buyers, beware! If you have a problem with a product that you buy from element Vape, they will not help you to resolve the problem.

Element vape has always been one of my go-to sites for vape devices. They've always had great prices and have always shipped their products in a timely manner. Last week, they had accidentally sent me the wrong device (sent a Suorin Shine instead of a Suorin Edge). I emailed their customer service, and they got back to me within less than 24 hours having already shipped the correct device and told me that I can keep the other one. In my opinion, that is top-tier customer service. Although I was frustrated, mistakes happen, and good customer service means making up for those mistakes. I couldn't be more happy with the customer service I've received from them. It is the kind of service I wish all companies had.

I'm giving Element 5 stars even though they aren't perfect. So far I've placed 7 orders through them in about 4 months, totaling upwards of five hundred dollars because of their prices and availability of difficult-to-find hardware. Literally everything went very well until I received a non-functioning mod, and I hope it never happens again. In the end I was refunded, minus the original shipping cost, but getting there was very difficult. I was required to send what I call a 'nothing video'.. I mean if it doesn't work at all, what will a video of something doing nothing prove? At first I tried to send them the required video through email (27mb), and they said it wouldn't launch. I edited it down to 14mb, and they once again claimed they couldn't view it even though the other people I sent it to for testing had no problem. Element kept demanding I use google drive, but I run from all things 'oogle' like the plague. The only other option was Dropbox, so I installed it and ran into a whole new set of nightmares. Dropbox's forum is now up to 15 pages of people suffering with the same problem I had, with no quick solutions. During the 7 or 8 days of trying to send a stupid short video I began wondering if the people at Element were sitting at their desks snickering and laying bets on when I'll give up. I finally edited it down to 5mb, attached it to an email, and told them that a refund refusal would force me to take all of my business elsewhere. I had no choice. Suddenly, I was sent an RMA return label! I reordered the bad mod (from Element), and finally just received a working one. I'll admit that overall transaction has tainted my trust, especially in anything involving electronics, but I've seen a lot worse things happen from online websites in the past. Element will still be there, offering decent prices and reasonable shipping rates and times, so I'll just get over it and buy from them whenever the mood strikes.. After all, they aren't only website I order vape supplies from, up to about ten so far. This is my honest review from Brian in Ohio.

Just got into vaping. First ever order of vaping e juice. Googled best online vape store and element vape was a contender. Browsed their store and found a superior selection with fat shipping and great discount codes. Ordered two flavors and the package arrived quickly. Only one flavor showed up. Emailed the appropriate people and received replies very quickly. Provided pictures of the invoice and bam, just like that my missing flavor is in the mail. I was worried about the process when I started,but it turns out my worry was unnecessary. Element vape checked every single box for customer service, communication, and attentiveness. Customer for life. You cannot go wrong. They set the bar so high and it was a welcome change from what you usually get from online shopping. Try them for yourself and you will see.

I've been ordering from Element for a while now with no problems at all. Shipping is on point and most of the time they have what I want in stock. This order a cart I ordered was the wrong one and I was very happy with the help I received to rectify the error! Email was responded to quickly and problem was resolved!

Been a customer for a while now always got my orders within 2-3 days of placing my order. My last order had an item missing so I emailed them and they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. Great customer service and I will continue to be a loyal customer.
