“Company has a shipping scam going blames it on new age verification laws( if you order from them they pretend like they sent it, then it's lost then you get your 15.99 and they keep the 25 and never actually send the juice or its the shipping people idk who or which one or both but this is a scam set up). Recieved juice from West coast vape in 3 days! Element vapes shipping is 25 bucks. week after week no juice and supposed tracking gives zilch for time location arrival. They use unprofessional delivery drivers who call schedule times and never show up or answer calls. 5weeks later i recieve a call from this guy who says he has my juice and he is down the street, it's this black reggae guy in a really old white banged up van very sketch situation. When i tried the juice it tasted like hell and the bottles writing was way different then my other bottles of that same juice! They have something going on very shady, ordered vape from lots of people for many years and this place is just off. Kicker is they also want to charge 14 bucks if your not there š¤ š³ š. Something is very very wrong here!”

“This vape store is one of the last good ones out there for online shopping! Element vape and vape royalty are the only stores that ship your items within 1-2 days and delivery is less than 3 days always! Iāve tried so many other online stores and my package gets shipped a month later and never makes it to me because the shady, off brand tracking and shipping companies they use. Trust me only use element vape if you want your items to make it to you in less than a week. Prices are extremely low also. I canāt say enough good things about this company!”

“I ordered 4E juices and a Hyde rebel disposable. All the boxes came damaged. Also I had kept checking for the tracking information through the email, and it showed that it hadnāt even been sent out for shipping after I had ordered two weeks ago. I am very disappointed and I hope there isnāt an issue/broken disposable due to the damages.”
“By far the worst online ordering experience in my life.
First of all, their prices are good, very competitive, but they add on $8 in shipping costs and a $7 "adult signature service" unless you order enough to get free shipping, but you have to pay the $7 no matter how much you order. So much for free shipping.
So I placed my order on 6/8 and received an email the next day that it had shipped. I checked the tracking info a few days later and the status was still "label created." I contacted EV and was told that the carrier had the package. I contacted the carrier and was told that EV had not given them the package. Finally, on 6/17 the status changed to "Package has departed facility," so it took 9 days to get the package into the hands of the carrier. 3 days later the package had made it from California to Atlanta and had an expected delivery date of 6/24. 6/24 came and went, no package. I contacted the carrier and was told that they didn't know why it wasn't delivered but would let me know, never heard back. Today, 6/30, the package was delivered. So the package sat for 9 days in the hands of EV before the carrier even got it, 3 days from CA to GA, and then 10 days sitting in Atlanta, 28 miles from my home. I will never order anything again from Element Vape and hopefully you are reading this before you place your order. Take my advice, avoid this company like the plague.”
“No support whatsoever from EV in regards to the pathetic shipping company they use now - GLS Shipping. What used to take 4 days max from CA to NM now takes 10 days. EV will blow you off and refer you to GLS whom you have to fight and put up with their lies. Research GLS Shipping. Not sure why EV would use them but EV better be ready to lose more longtime customers like me. Buyer Beware!!”

“I ordered 5 bottles of vape juice even though the last time I ordered from element vape I had two missing items. I didnāt get my order and had issues with the carrier. I looked up the carrier service on line and saw they had a F rating on BBB and plenty reviews and complaints about missing packages and people getting ripped off. I contacted element with this information but they said it is out of their control. I wonder if they are working with the carrier service. They must be getting something out of using a F rated delivery service known for mishandling.”
