“I’ve been ordering from element vape for 4 years now. They’ve always done right by me. The reviews about the vape mail ban situation are true, and you can expect to wait up to a month to receive orders on the east coast. But, they offer route protection and I’ve always had stellar responses from their customer service team. The mail issues are coming from them using local carriers, which lose or misplace packages often. When my tracking gets stuck, I email customer service and they get it rectified right way. Most recently, I had a package get stuck for several weeks, emailed them and asked for a replacement via USPS instead. They didn’t charge me extra, and the replacement came via USPS within 3 days. Products are always solid.”

“Been doing business with them for many years. Never ran into any issues until the Vape Mail Ban. It created shipping challenges for them (expect packages to be delivered within 4 weeks of order date with their local carriers). Overall, they are a great company with exceptionally great customer service and great selection of products. Just need to be patient with their shipping partners.”

I find their prices to be competitive and very fair. Element Vape has always got a huge selection of e-juice and salts. There is always a sale going on or sometimes a clearance which I love.

“I completed my order and I set it up to track the package. My local Post Office was too backed up about a 45 min wait time for them on the phone to contact me. Throughout this entire time I was working with CS reps at Element Vape to troubleshoot the issue.
After filling out the pink Post Office Package Request I taped the Redelivery request
in my mailbox so the carrier would need to move the slip to put mail in the box. As I waited for the Post Office Carrier to deliver, the bell rang and it was the Post Office Rep and my order completed!

“they used to be a great company.... ordered around 1k per year from them. then they decided to start saving a dollar (a literal dollar) on shipping costs. i used to get my orders in 4-7 days. now they take 3-4 weeks and there is no ability to track the package online - no ability to see an estimated delivery date (because you have to be home to sign for it)... and when asked and confronted about their regional shipper - their response is simply: wait.
they have lost my business. saved them $1 on shipping vs usps, but cost them $1k per year in sales.”
