“I ordered two vapes from elemental vapes about three weeks ago I submitted a ticket last week because my vapes were still not here, and I was told by the company that it was nothing that they could do because The product was ship from their facility to their carriers, and it was no longer their problem, But my question is if you guys are based in Atlanta and I’m in Atlanta, what’s the hold up and where are my vapes?”
“So I have mixed feelings writing this review …. Five star for the product, but three stars for the shipping usually I have no problems with element vape, but this order was $229 and it took almost 3 weeks to arrive the shipper shipx never updated with the package was, and it was almost impossible to get in contact with anyone. Luckily, it finally arrived. I after being paid for 2 May it arrives on 5 May and I am very happy with my order but the shipping considering that I paid for it needs to do a lot better”
“They use shipping companies where they can't even track your package. They claim to have no contact with said companies and will blow you off if you inquire about it. If you order from them, you better not have a job, a life, or be an otherwise busy person because the package could show up at any time and they don't leave any sort of missed delivery form on the door.
I even asked if I could contact the delivery company MYSELF to try to schedule something and they literally told me "we know no more than you do", seriously? I don't even know who is delivering the freaking package...”
“Never had a bad experience with element vapes, and ashame that I have to make the review under this companies name. but the shipping is horrendous and it is the sole reason why I will no longer order anything vape related online. I suppose I feel less bad about the review since EV has useless automated customer support.”
“I ordered disposable vapes and they were completely defective ! They told me sorry it doesn’t matter because there is no recourse for disposables ! Even the quickie mart down the road will give you your money back if a disposable is defective ! They are straight crooks !”
“Shipping is awful as well as customer service. My order has been sitting at the shipping company they uses facility within 3 hours from my house for almost 2 weeks now, I’ve asked if we can somehow figure out what to do with the order since I ordered it because I was running out of juice and coils which essentially made it pointless using element since I had to go to the store to buy everything for a second time that I had ordered from them. All the response I’ve gotten it “please wait longer for the delivery”. I asked to cancel and refund and it was ignored.
Would not suggest element to anyone especially if you think you’re going to get your shipment within a month of ordering like their 5-7 business days promise.
At this point I am expecting a lost delivery or a random package in 2 months. Waste of time and money. Thanks element vape !”
“I've ordered with them several times over the years. However, this last experience when you're shipping is just absolutely horrible. From what I read here on the other reviews, this is beginning to be a reoccurring theme. If I were them, I would try and fix this as soon as possible before it destroys their business for sure!”
“I guess I'll add to the shipping complaints. I ordered a week before I was going to run out of liquid knowing it usually takes longer. Been 2 weeks and no idea where my stuff is. Unless I start seeing them change the way they ship, I will be ordering elsewhere from now on. What a shame.”
“I am ready to file a complaint with the BBB and dispute their fraudulent charges with my credit card company. They delayed shipping on my order then claimed it shipped last week well, they created a shipping label and that's it. You can't reach this scam company other than emailing them. Do NOT order from them! They are scammers and con artists!”

“Prices are great, the only problem is their shipping company. I waited more than a week for the item to be shipped. Signature is required for delivery and by week 3, the delivery company never posted when the item was out for delivery. I've had 2 missed delivery attempts. No notes were left with any information on how to contact the delivery company, and there is no information from element vape support or the internet to contact the delivery company. I still haven't received my package and have no indication to when my delivery will be either returned for a refund or out for delivery so I can wait for it. Go to a different company or your local store if you require reliability because as a working man, I cannot wait all day for a package which has not expected delivery date or time.”
“The shipping and customer service you will receive from the company are horrible. Items arrive broken and no matter how many times you email they will never resolve the issue.”
“Cape packages are sent by random multiple parties and are not trackable. Element vape hides this information from you. They require you to be there to sign but are incapable of giving you any idea when your package will arrive. Their customer service is unhelpful and rude. Just find a local place you like and trust and use them because the internet is filled with liars and scammers like element vape.”
“I created an order with this company which is one of 5 online vape retailers I order from on April 17, 2024. As of today, I have not received my order. My bank shows the money pulled from my account the very next day. This is my first time purchasing from this online retailer. The rest of have my products delivered with 3 to 7 business days of the purchase. The only was to contact anyone from the company is through email which has offered some bs excuse for why I haven’t received my package.

“I had almost lost hope that my order would arrive because I live in an apartment with a door code. I left instructions for my delivery person on the mail box and like a knight with shiny nicotine he delivered them to me! It may take a bit to get them but you can't beat the prices. I will be a repeat customer for many years to come!!!”
“EV used to be a great company to deal with and I used them for years. Should have taken a hint from the last order I had with them. This order took 19 days to arrive. When I emailed them, the response I received was that they only use local shippers so it takes a little longer. Mine must have fallen off the turtle express more than once. No apologies for lack of service and no shipping alternatives offered. Just glad it wasn't a life threatening medication.”
