“So my review is a bit mixed but really good. So I ordered a Sigelei GW 257W 21700 mod.(Super low stock) I'm guessing by mistake sent me a Sigelei MT 220W 18650 mod. (Also super low stock) I was in a panic because my old trusty Smok R200 had just died and returning what I had would have left me without a mod. So they cool enough to credit the difference in price.”

First time it was taken care of immediately and I received a missing item within a few days.
Currently with the country in basically lockdown mode due to the Coronavirus I expect there may be issues, but I'm very happy with the speed this was resolved.
