the combined dimensions of the 3 panels are one third of what i ordered, or what i thought i was ordering. This is one of several flaws with your website...it wasn't clear what the dimensions represented, one panel or all 3 cumulative. Anyway, will end up tossing these out.

I have no idea because it was shipped to the wrong address. I emailed the company literally a couple minutes after I placed the order and changed the address but nothing was done. It’s disappointing

While appreciate your promptness and updates throughout the process, I am deeply disappointed with the appearance and quality of the artwork. The Japan Cherry Blossom artwork i received looks nothing like it appears on line.

I have order over 9 pieces of art with u guys . Four of which are large art 2 60x40 1 72 x48 and 1 90 x60 three of the last 4 have come with different hardware the factory can’t be reach so I have to rely on customer service which Trisch is very helpful but I need to take pics don’t your warehouse know what the sent. Why can u be consistent with ur hardware. I sell these one I lost money because I was short parts that you sent 12 days later because u had to very my photos. I have to install them because they don’t ever come with the same hardware. It’s a shame a lot of people would have Bought them but the hardware and the hassle to get it fix is too much . This last one the Nitehawks painting 90 x60 I had to return the fram was to light and the Art work kept twisting wouldn’t stay flat on the wall.

I am very disappointed in the customer service. You can not reach anyone by calling. Support says they will get back to you within 24 hour. I just keep receiving response that they are reviewing my order. It says on the website 100 % satisfaction guaranteed so I’m not sure what there is to review. I ordered a set of 5 pictures. My daughter head was cut off in one of the pictures. I just want a replacement on the one picture. I will even pay for it if it’s that big of a deal. I guess the 24hr customer service is just for a automated reply.

The quality is awful and I’m going to end up throwing this in the trash since you won’t take returns. It is the cheapest looking thing I’ve ever seen for something that cost over $600.

This most frustrating place to deal with they sent me an email saying quality of my photo was not good enough so I cancel my order I even got a confirm they still sent Photo. I will never order from that company AGAIN!

I don’t normally write negative reviews but thought I should share my experience with potential Canadian purchasers. Although Elephant Stock provides a return guarantee for USA residents they do not guarantee Canadian clients the same service. I purchased a canvas print that was poorly printed, the quality was blurry and pixelated. Elephant Stock instructions were to send the item back to them at my expense instead of providing me with a return label. I could understand if a client changes their mind but the return should be covered if the quality of the product sent is in question.

I ordered a print and it arrived within the expected timeframe. The picture was well packaged, however the print wasn't secured to the front of the frame all along the left side. So while rest of the print was snug up against the front of the frame the left side was back about 3/4 of an inch. The metal tabs that were supposed to be securing the print to the front of the frame could clearly be seen. I took photos of the issue and contacted customer support. I worked with J-J who was very responsive and after I uploaded the photos of the defect J-J messaged that the issue was being escalated to the warehouse. In a few days another print arrived, this one had clear damage to the outside of the shipping box and after opening the box the entire front was smashed. However, even if the print hadn't been damaged in shipping the SAME EXACT issue was present on this replacement along the bottom. I uploaded the required photos and sent a reply to J-J who again apologized and sent the info to the warehouse. 4 days later a new print arrived. No damage to the shipping package but when I opened it the entire bottom of the print was once AGAIN not secured. This company seems to have a SERIOUS quality control issue. I will not be purchasing anything from them in the future.

Very unsatisfied. Needed to change my shipping address. Staff confirmed that it was changed same day of purchase, then product was shipped to the wrong address. Only receiving bot /automated responses from costumer service.

First of all I’ve only received 3 out of 4 packages. Out of the ones I did receive all the frames are dented, chipped and worn as if they were already hanging on a wall. There’s also a grease finger mark on the top of one of the prints. Very unsatisfied with this purchase.

So I struggle for two hours trying to get the print into the frame the way you said by doing the corners first that didn’t work and it ripped why you guys didn’t make this frame a quarter of an inch smaller or the print a quarter inch larger.

Frame was not sufficient to hold the weight of the print. Print wasn’t secured in the frame at all - all tabs were still straight as if not even attempted. Frame pulled apart when hung with hardware provided. We had to alter and rework frame to securely hang it. It would’ve taken too long to return and replace. Very disappointing for several hundred dollars. I’ve bought their canvases in the past, definitely a much different outcome and quality.

The person was very nice, of course. But it shouldn’t take two days to get a response when your company sent me the wrong size. It should be an immediate please return and we will send you the correct shipment. Poor customer service post sale.

I ordered several pieces. Had a problem with one piece and customer service, so far, has been very poor. I ordered a framed print. According to the website, the print would be in a premium wood frame (not MDF). I received a plastic frame with a plastic imitation wood veener. In addition, one corner of the plastic frame was misaligned and has a gap. Also, the face is a thin plastic, not glass. For $149, this is not acceptable and not what I ordered. So far, customer service asked if I could fix the frame. Absurd! At this point, I'm trying to return the piece for a full refund, and so far, they have asked for pictures twice and otherwise no reply.

Received badly damaged poster shipped in a container crushed in transient. Am requesting replacement shipped in a sturdier TUBE, rather than the cardboard triangle.
