Well I think that the pricing of the cushions is ridiculous, way far too expensive. I just won’t be buying them as they are not worth it.

It’s really about what went right?! They publicise everywhere about their sale. Hound you with emails and then once you’ve placed an order, there’s nothing. 3 weeks ago I placed an order. I’m still waiting. They are dreadful. 2 of the items are apparently now out of stock!! Let’s see if I actually get the rest of my order?!?!

I’ve had a plate a bowl and an egg cup holder chip break or crack in the 12 months I’ve had the set. Considering I use it for best, I think the quality is very poor. I’ve just used one of the bowls with heart design only to discover there’s now a chipped edge and a crack in it.. god knows from where as I rarely remove them from the cupboard. The egg cup which was meant to made from a durable plastic type material smashed when my 2 year old son dropped it on first use and I had a plate break in half when my husband knocked it. Absolutely shocking quality. Would never buy from them again.

I recently ordered a Mr & Mrs mug set for a gift. Easy to use website for ordering prompt delivery. When they arrived they were Mr & Mr. Called customer care a replacement was sent out same day for next day delivery. Excellent customer service 5*****

Bought a kettle (not cheap) which had a fault that didn't turn it off when it was boiled. Customer services insisted that I send it back, then wait for a replacement. It's been over two weeks that I've been without a kettle, and they've still got my money. Not sure what is happening but I'm really unimpressed with how they've handled this.

My son bought me a MUMMY mug. Very nice to look at initially but very difficult to maintain cleanliness on the inside due to indentations.

I bought several products from Emma Bridgewater and have always been pleased, products have been satisfactory and delivery quite good. The last order I made was bigger than previous orders which was a mixture of large saucers, mugs, large serving plates and tea towels. It was delivered a week ago and when I opened it, two tea towels were not enclosed. I emailed customer service and got a reply with a case number. I have been waiting but I still haven’t heard anything.

Wanted to buy x2 pretty pint mugs and was shocked to find that they charge a £1 per letter to personalise AND £2.75 not to put anything on them at all so it's impossible to buy them for the price advertised. Furthermore the 15% discount they advertise can only be used against the charge for personalising or not personalising rather than the cost of the mug. I think this borders on fraudulent. https://www.emmabridgewater.co.uk/products/personalised-polka-dot-1-pint-mug

Lovely plate but not suitable as a gift, sadly doesn’t come with a box even when inquired as a wedding present I’m having to spend more on a gift box otherwise it looks like I could of bought it second hand, not clear and huge shame as huge amount of brown wrapping left marks on the plate so will need a clean post giving. Sadly unless stated they don’t come in boxes even mugs.

Very poor customer service. Products arrived smashed to pieces, rattling in the box. A mug was wrapped better than a large Tureen which looked like a mosaic in the box. Terrible customer service telling me photos had not arrived, when they clearly had, and no offer of a replacement. Took 5 days to speak to someone who actually apologised but by then the item had sold out so no replacement, only a second at the same price !

Massively let down by the delivery process. Really disappointed and even contacting customer service just became an exercise in futility as I just kept being told ‘it’s not us, it’s DPD’. I won’t be buying Emma Bridgewater products through the website (if I ever buy anything Emma Bridgewater again)

Fantastic website, so user friendly. Very easy to navigate and so quick to place an order. I was informed promptly by email that my order would be 5-7 working days. I placed it on Friday and it was here before 10am on Tuesday! Cannot fault them, perfect!

Mugs i had bought from the company but rarely used all started to craze when I informed them about this problem they said that the mugs were outside the guarantee period, obviously not made to last as other pottery is. They need to look into this problem as it is usually the firing of the pot, therefore maybe the kilns need looking at

Contacted them 3 times - completely ignored my request for information about the delivery of a birthday present haven't heard from them the silence is deafening. I work in retail and if I treated customers like this I wouldn't be employed for long. Won't ever use them again. Shame as I like to support UK companies. There is no customer service of any shape or form. Took them a week to despatch a stock item, not a personalised one. Gets embarassing as it is now a week since the recipient had her birthday and still no sign of her present. Bet this review doesn't get posted!
