Despite the online and distance selling rules in the UK they will not refund the original postage costs when you return an online order in full. They claim that its something to do with payments to their 3rd party courier and ultimately by ordering from them you agree to their T&Cs "WE WILL NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS" (they were quick to point out). £6.99 is expensive as a standard delivery anyway so I wont be ordering from them again. Be careful when ordering if you think there is a chance you might not like the item, you wont get the £6.99 back despite Which, Citizens Advice etc guidance saying they have to refund it.

Ordered a handbag from End. When the package arrived with the courier I could tell there was nothing in the box. I opened the box and there was no handbag inside just the order confirmation and the dust bag. I've been in correspondence with customer service since December and they refuse to send me a refund for the item that I paid for. they asked me to get a police statutory declaration, which I did and yet they still refuse to resolve the issue. I've read these reviews and see someone else posted about almost the exact same thing happening to them. I urge you to think strongly before deciding to purchase an order from End.

Me and my friend made the same order and they just randomly cancelled them after 2 weeks of holding our money. I wish I could give this site a half of star.

THIS IS ADDRESSED TO UAE RESIDENTS IF THEY ARE SEEING THIS. I wanted to share my experience so you can set your expectation if you are planning to order from endclothing.com/. I Placed an order recently on 29th March 2023 and was expected to receive my shipment on the 5th of April as stated on their website so I completed the payment and paid the $30 shipment fees. After that i received a confirmation email with a note that another email will be sent when the item is dispatched... its 5th April and no email update so i got in touch with them and they were sorry for the delay as they have a promotion period and things got busy so they promised another 48th hours for the dispatching but of course nothing has happened so i was in touch with them again and the same answer was given. I though of being flexible and i understood the situation as i am not in hurry to receive the order so i waited till the 11th of April to follow up and get the same feedback over and over.. after all this lovely experience i gave them the option to either ship my order within 24 hours or cancel the order if they can't commit so they took the easy route and they cancelled the order. (I can share all my documented emails with them if needed) In my personal opinion, this can happen from time to time but if you aren't able to act professionally & deliver your business promises to your customers it is better not to show any commitments from the early stages. This is a non pleasant experience with this seller and I would not recommend them unless you have the energy and the patience to deal with such level of unprofessional firms.

they refunded me a week after having placed the order without any notice and without me having requested a refund. this was meant to be a present and they offered NOTHING after I had to wait on the phone line for half an hour to speak to them and find out what happened. WORST experience ever

Scammers! Dishonest company that has become totally unreliable! They canceled a portion of my order and never informed me about it. And when it past the delivery due date I emailed them they never replied. Mind you I had not receive a single email regarding the status of my order. Then I did a live chat that I waited an hour for… they said they will follow up with an email. But the next day they canceled the entire order. The refund was also insufficient too. They are scammers. Do not buy from them!!

Worst company to deal with. I ordered a pair of boat shoe and had conformation of delivery date. On the day it was due to be delivered I received an email advising me that they have processed a refund. They had my money for ten days and they did not communicate to advise me that they did not have the goods. I called their customer service and they said that they miscalculated their stocks however I went online and they are still advertising that pair of boat shoe. I wondered how many people order and the company hold all this money into their account for 10 days. Very poor service and will never buy from them again.AVIOD

For a second time, due to having £100 tied up on customer credit I have ordered a pair of pants yet again. The company still hasn’t sent them nearly a week later. HIGHLY recommend avoiding this company at all costs. 2nd attempt of buying a item and it’s not gone to plan yet again. How can you keep blaming a new updated system for you complete inability to dispatch a order, if this was such a issue you would of scrapped it and went back to your original methods. Like I say you might aswell buy buy fireworks because the moment they take your money everything will go up in smoke. Best of luck to anyone unlucky enough to do buy from these nobs. If I could leavwb0 stars I would please make this a feature

Worst company to do business with (online) they will take your money for items that don’t exist then won’t tell you what’s going on. You will be left ringing customer support who won’t pick up the phone to you (after 20 mins on hold the line goes dead). They won’t refund you for items the way you have paid they will just put everything on credit. Avoid this company at all costs. Would rather walk 10 miles backwards then give these cowboys a single bean. Images attached are just from one day of trying I don’t have time to be sat around for hours on end like the expect people do.

Part or my order was missing, contacted customer service on numerous occasions…. The phone number given tells you the time you will wait to be spoken to, this time comes and goes, first call said 7 mins after 20 mins the number asks you to leave a message and someone will get back to you, did this numerous times, sent emails etc via their online form, so the item missing from my order was still available on their website… customer services eventually came back and said it was a system error but instead of completing the order and sending out the missing items they refunded (I assume so they don’t have to pay postage again for the missing items) then had the cheek on the email to say that they now considered my issue resolved and closed the ticket. This is defo the End for me, I only use companies that are able to deal with customer issues and resolve them to the customers satisfaction, I have used End for years but this has showed me that if you have an issue they are un-able/unwilling to resolve it, reading other comments it seems like this isn’t a one off problem, it looks like this is another loyal customer they have lost..

I've used End. In the past and they were outstanding. Orders were fast and well presented. My recent experience was far from outstanding. I was told that the order I placed, for my brothers Christmas present, had gone out of stock and that I was to "keep an eye on the website in case someone returns the item which I am after". So I did this and ordered again, only for my order to be cancelled again. And then again! Three orders cancelled and I was NEVER inform by End. That they were cancelled, I found out via Klarna. It took end. 3 to 4 days AFTER Klarna informed me that my orders had been cancelled. All I was offered was a generic apology. I sat waiting for over 20mins on the phone before giving up. And now my present for my brother at Christmas is…. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS WEBSITE AGAIN EVEN IF YOU WERE TO OFFER ME DISCOUNT ON MY NEXT ORDER!...In my crystal ball, boys and girls, I can see the future and End Clothing isn't in it!

I made an order on Novermber 14th to be delivered in Portugal. On december 2nd, after seeing that my order had been sitting in FedEx's wharehouse in Madrid for a couple of weeks, I asked END's customer service to locate and deliver the parcel. After some waiting, an answer was promissed withing 3 working days , but 5 passed with no feedback. After almost one month of having payed for my sneakers and after getting to know that the parcel had been blocked by the Portuguese customs for more than 2 weeks (while FedEx's tracking was still showing Madrid) I decided to take action and asked a forwarder to clear the parcel. Unlike stated on END's website , I had to pay VAT and on top of it handeling fees to FedEx (more than I had payed for the sneakers). After this, I contacted again END's customer support asking for a refund of the expenses I had had due the problem they created and that they proved unable to solve (attaching all the invoices). I patiently waited another 17 days for a response, but it only came after I threatened to expose the problem on a reviews website. The aswer came saying they are not "liable to cover the costs if you chose to take action yourself and use an external party to clear the parcel". END. provided a service that was not in accordance to their shipping policy (where they say no taxes or duties are charged on shippments to the EU) and showed to have zero capacity to solve the problems they created and finnally I end up paying for it. My advice: If you live in the EU, think twice before making an order. I'm not sure End has the means to provide the service they advertise.

I would give them less than zero if I could. Avoid buying form these jerks. Order placed weeks ago, no email regarding order shipped, have emailed at least a dozen times, tried to call only to be hung up on, left message - no reply. No refund, just ridiculous. have initiated dispute with my bank.

A ZERO-star review would be more apt. My order was placed at the end of November, waited three weeks for a delivery estimated to be a few days. No contact from END but on checking the status of the order found that it had been cancelled with no reason why. The ordered items were still being sold on the website, so they are unlikely to be out of stock. Avoid ordering with this company – non-existent customer service that shows nothing but contempt for customers. I certainly won’t be dealing with END again and will urge others to avoid this company.

ORDER PLACED 21 NOVEMBER ONLINE. TOLD ITEMS WOULD ARRIVE WITHIN DAYS. STILL NOT RECEIVED. I HAVE TRIED PHONING THEM DAILY, THEY DON’T ANSWER THE PHONE! THEY HAVEN’T REPLIED TO ANY OF MY VOICEMAILS AND THEY HAVEN’T REPLIED TO ANY OF MY EMAILS! HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO CONTACT THEM ABOUT MY ORDER! DISGRACEFUL! IN MY OPINION THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND IN MY OPINION PEOPLE SHOULD AVOID AVOID AVOID USING THIS COMPANY. I’VE JUST TRIED CALLING THEM AGAIN AFTER 15 MINUTES GOES TO VOICEMAIL YET AGAIN! THEY HAVE HAD MY MONEY SINCE 21 NOVEMBER!!!

Last two orders were cancelled by customer service for no reason. The one before that took 4 weeks to ship. They never respond to emails either. One time a sock came with a hole in it and returns would be overseas at my expense.

As with a lot of the recent reviews I placed an order nearly three weeks ago that just hasn’t turned up. I suspect due to offering discounts over BF and not being able to fulfill. Victim of their own success and over hyped marketing. I would avoid and order from elsewhere even if you pay more! At least you might get your order. Oh and I’ve emailed CS and just had the pointless auto reply, hasn’t stopped them sending more emails to drum up pre-orders for yet another limited edition they probably can’t fulfill.
