I usually purchase UC through Midasbuy and spend over £100 every month without any issues. This time, I decided to try Eneba, but it’s been almost a full day and I still haven’t received my UC. I emailed their support, but they only replied after 12 hours — and I’m still struggling to get my UC. This is extremely disappointing, especially for someone who regularly makes purchases. I expected better service. The delay and poor communication have completely ruined my trust in this platform. Definitely not using Eneba again — sticking with Midasbuy from now on.

I purchased a game's "Complete Bundle" from Eneba, assuming it matched the full expansion-inclusive version offered on Steam. However, the bundle only included two DLCs - nowhere near the "complete" experience advertised. Note: the amount I paid for this bundle, I could have bought the base game and expansions all separately from other similar sites. While I acknowledge my oversight in not double-checking the product page, the listing's name is undeniably misleading. Worse, their incredibly slow to respond customer support rep was dismissive and condescending when I raised my concerns, not at all addressing the intentionally deceptive framing. A simple goodwill gesture (partial credit, an apology) would have gone a long way. Instead, they chose indifference. As a consumer, I expect transparency. Sellers who use vague or misleading bundle names and refuse to acknowledge deliberately sowed confusion don’t deserve trust. I’ll shop elsewhere in the future, and I urge others to do the same, or at the very least scrutinize Eneba’s listings very carefully before purchasing.

I bought a game pass for xbox on the 24th of March and try to use it on 2nd of april and it show a message that redeem code was already used. The answer I've got from eneba was 3-5 working days to sort it out. Not good enough. Last time I wasted money on this website

I’ve been a loyal customer, purchasing multiple keys from Eneba without issue—until now. I bought a Spotify key that didn’t work upon registration, and when I reached out for support, I was met with endless requests for “proof.” Despite providing every bit of evidence they asked for (including over three hours of communication with Spotify support), Eneba still sided with the seller, refusing to take responsibility. Their customer service is a nightmare—over two hours of back-and-forth, yet no real assistance. Instead of helping a loyal customer, they continue to demand more unnecessary information while protecting a seller who sold a faulty key. It’s clear Eneba prioritizes shady sellers over honest buyers. If you ever run into a problem, don’t expect them to help. I won’t be risking my money here again, and I’d advise others to think twice before purchasing.

Tinder code did not work. Makes you jump through a hundred hoops to try and get a refund. After managing to open a dispute - which was not easy - they are telling me "I" must contact tinder and ask why the code is not working. This is absurd. They sold me a Tinder code. If it is not working it is THEIR problem, not mine, not Tinder's.

Purchase a few Binance keys. All worked fine but when I complained about one of them not working and requesting to be replaced after several attempts to activate it and providing numerous proof of a faulty digital key, Enable not only showed complet incompetence in dealing with costumers as they run me around in circles via emails as none of their staff knows how to read up previously conversation within an open created ticket but they keep repeat same rubbish to me and not resolving the issue or offering a refund as clearly stated on their app as if a digital key is faulty I'm entitled to a refund. Completely incompetent and theirs. Don't trust them!!! In UK we have laws which entitles costumer to full refund and as the purchase was done from UK regardless is digital same law applies. Eneba breaks the law!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

Very poor customer service unable to redeem my cash back won’t allow you to use your earned rewards or give you your purchases after trying to contact them numerous times no help and still no product or able to spend my wallet

These guys have wiped there hands after I purchased $100 AstroPay voucher and it does not work every where I put a review they reply with the same story that they need my details! I have opened multiple tickets on there site and they just keep closing them.

First let me say that this review is graded 1 star purely because I there is no facility to grade it any lower. I bought a digital download from them for Norton 360 3 devices. It will not activate on my 2 tablets because they run on lower than Android 12. No mention was made that it required Android 12 or above in their advert, it just said that it was for 3 devices. They say that because I opened the download my request for a refund is invalid, but how could I know that it wouldn't work without opening it. Their advert was at least extremely misleading and false if not downright fraudulent. Paypal have refused my claim for a refund without any explanation. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY IN THE ADVERTS BY THIS COMPANY. Do not purchase anything from them if you want a satisfactory outcome.

Had issues with my key. It was already used. Spent 2 weeks sending all the evidence that they requested which they requested. I did everything they said. Even screenshots of my account that showed the key was not activated. After all that, they finally contacted the seller who just told them the key was unused and that was it. Even after all the screenshots and evidence i sent them. Including chats with steam support. They just take the sellers word and blame the customer. Lost money and will never use them again. Stick to something more reliable like g2a or cdkeys even if it may be a little bit more expensive. It is worth it as their support actually cares about the customers

I am incredibly disappointed with Eneba's customer service. I purchased a product titled "EA SPORTS FC 25 Ultimate Edition Pre-order," which clearly suggested that it included the pre-order bonuses. However, upon activating the product, I discovered that the bonuses were not included. The support team’s response was even more frustrating. They justified the situation by pointing to a vague product description, ignoring the misleading title. This feels like advertising a "latest iPhone" only to reveal in the fine print that it’s the 2020 model. This kind of deceptive practice is designed to mislead buyers. Eneba promotes itself as a trusted platform, but by endorsing these types of listings, they are effectively legitimizing legal scams. The lack of any meaningful resolution or acknowledgment of wrongdoing shows a deep disregard for customers. I wasn’t even asking for a full refund—though I believe it would have been justified—but at the very least, I expected recognition of the issue and some form of compensation. Eneba’s continued support of these deceptive practices severely undermines trust in the platform. I strongly advise against purchasing from Eneba until they take serious steps to regulate their sellers and rebuild customer trust.

Terrible experience, I buy a 12 months game pass, but seem that the codes where spelled to another person, and ENEBA do not assumed their responsibility, I lose $60 usd.

I am starting to believe that Eneba has fake trustpilot reviews, I never had any good history with them and this will be my last purchase with them, I bought a giftcard and it doesn't even work, nor do they reply to me! Fake agents and fake reviews. Stay away!!
