“Ordered polo shirt, very quick delivery no problem with service even when I returned item as too large. New item delivered quickly no problem. Service on the phone was excellent and friendly when I reordered. Two things, 1. Don't think should have to pay for returning items. Most online shops give you free return on unwanted or exchange items. 2. The polo shirts fit and quality is awful for an official FA product in my opinion. Won't be purchasing online again just because of these two points. Shame but not willing to risk bag in to send stuff back and quality off goods.”

“When you order online, you expect the product to be exactly as described on the website with the exact same portrayed quality. That is why I'm very satisfied with my order, it was also delivered to my country (Lebanon) in a week which is great for standard delivery. Thanks for the great service. 5 stars.”

“I was happy that the shirt was received in excellent condition given that it was sent from the uk to Australia. I also impressed by the time taken to receive the shirt as it was sent on the 15/05/18 and received on the 25/05/18.”

“Subjective view - placed an order for delivery well in advance of my Son's Birthday (full England kit with a first team players name on the shirt). The socks were on back order. To cut a long story short, only received the shirt and shorts after cancelling the socks and getting a free next day delivery on his Birthday some 3 weeks after the initial order was placed. I ended up ordering the socks separately from Kitbag, which came within 2 days. We needed to ask for the free next day delivery, not offered. When ordering, what in my opinion, is a standard shirt (didn't want specialist printing) we shouldn't have been told that printing could cause further delays. Also, and sorry to mention this, implying the supplier, in this case Nike, are the cause of the delays is not the customers concern. you were no more expensive than anywhere else, I wanted to be sure to get official kit and the best quality, however I would probably be reluctant to use you again. On the plus side though: when receiving emails and calling up, it did feel a bit more of a personal service than some large chains; the kit DID arrive on his Birthday and he loves it. Please take this as constructive criticism - I just feel that the service wasn't quite as good as if I'd gone elsewhere to buy the kit.”
