“My resent rental with Enterprise in Schenectady, NY state street location was fantastic. The entire staff was so attentive from the beginning walking through the entrance to my returning / drop off. the vehicle that was selected for me was perfect as i traveled with golf clubs and a family of 4 of us. Normally, i pick up at the airport where it can feel like a number, take it or not. This is and annual trip for me and forthcoming i will continue to choose this location and hopefully the staff remains. If there was a negative, i would say that the vehicle could have been a little cleaner, not that it was dirty just a bit used which i feel is understandable in today's work environment post covid. i do recommend this location for your car rental.”
“Where do I begin! Supposed to pick rental up at 11, they call at.1045, they don’t have a suv for us. Then give us a line that there is recall on wagoners . State that they had to go to a town an hour away pick the car up and then go to airport to have it serviced (a wagoneer). So three hours after we are supposed to have a rental my husband calls for the third time. Oh yeah your rental is here. He gets there, the girl says the person that does all this stuff is on vacation. Husband was nice, ok. They say we will mark you empty so you won’t have to fill up before bringing back. He gets in car, the car is truly empty. He tells the people, he has to wait for it to be filled up. He brings the car home, it smells like a bag of weed, it’s dirty. Ok we can deal with that, and we all got a good buzz (kidding).
Get going down the road realize there is a knick in the windshield so he tries to call local place on hold for thirty minutes . Finally calls 1800 number they document it so we don’t get dinged. Then, we realize the tire back driver side light on air loss, stop to fill air in tire. Get going couple hours loss of air again. We FINaLLy get to where we need to be and go to a store, see a nail in the tire. At this point my husband is so stressed . No one can get us in to fix it right away. We call enterprise they say we can reimburse you if you get it fixed or trade it in at a local enterprise. My husband tells the he has a premium suv, they say they have one at the local airport. He gets there “no sir we don’t have a premium suv for you” now he is calling around trying to find a place to get it fixed. The rental car should be the least of our worries on our family vacation, but it has been the biggest stressor. Very disappointed . We are genuinely nice and patient ppl. This has just been a nightmare . Do better please”

Took over a month to resolve an issue of their own doing but still had the audacity to take money out of my card credit unbelievable.
Give me a van with an outstanding charger from a previous driver then charge me the admin fees, then forwarded my personal detail to the third party company to come after me for the outstanding penalty chargers.
Seriously "You cannot make this up" unbelievable.
Then radio silence for weeks on end, in the event you manage to get hold of someone at Enterprise car - rental customer services, then it's pass the parcel time.
Because the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.
Then as paying customers we're meant to believe this is the best car rental company in the UK. Wow shocking
I would advise anyone using Enterprise car rent service should exercise quotation and be very careful.

“The people I worked with at Enterprise North Pleasantburg were great. Justin and Chris gave me great service and clean cars. My problem was with Enterprise in general. It started the day I called the 800 number and was told I could pick up a car the next morning, Friday July 5th. When I got to the store in Brevard I was told that they had no cars available and wouldn't until the following Thursday, the 11th. That's when I found out that no one outside of the individual branches knows what cars are available. Certainly no one at the 800 number was any help. It turned out the individual websites could help and found out that there were no cars available within 100 miles of me. I located one at the GSP airport. Since we had such bad luck and my husband didn't want to drive for an hour and a half to find out the website information was wrong I called and confirmed that the car was there. Only when I got there it turns out Enterprise airport locations don't do insurance. We found a place to park and made some calls. I started with the store on Woodruff, and they were very pleasant even though they had no cars. They thought I might do better at North Pleasantburg and they were right. There was one car available and they would hold it for half an hour. We got lost but still got there in time. There was someone at the counter who wanted the car and had a reservation for an hour later. There was a car coming back from an oil change and they asked him to wait for his reservation time because they had already committed the only car on the lot. I got the car. I was very grateful. Chris asked me if the car was well cleaned and it was pristine. There was a packet of sanitizing products in case I was concerned about anything later. I had to pay over what State Farm would cover because it was bigger than they covered but I was happy to have a car since I only had two days to access my totalled car to remove my belongings. I had hoped to turn it in for a smaller vehicle after that but again, nothing was available.
So. I'm very happy with the service from Justin and Chris but even though I've used Enterprise for several years in several states because of your willingness to bring a car to me and not make me find a ride, I don't think that will make up for the time and trouble this rental caused me.”
“The location on 46th and O street do a phenomenal job. The last two time the location @ the 27th location has completely dropped the ball on customer care!!. So if you want excellent customer care the employees @ the O street location will go above and beyond to satisfy their customers.”

Reserved 7 seater from GFK on 27 July, then checked in online 27 July in advance, and 28 July (today) when come to pick up car, the enterprise guy said there are no 7 seater available. “Nicole Green and Peyton Vilardi were the customer service agents that helped me with my car rental yesterday at the West Palm Beach location on Congress Avenue. Both of them went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle I wanted. Although they were very busy, they remained very friendly and courteous with customers. I was extremely impressed with their exceptional customer service skills! Jude Phizema, the manager at this location is beyond amazing and genuinely concerned with the customers’ satisfaction. I have seen Jude at other Enterprise locations and he is always very personable, patient and professional. Enterprise is very fortunate to have Jude, Nicole, and Peyton on their team!!!”
“Made our reservations a week prior to our trip and had our confirmation email, yet when we went to pick up our vehicle they didn’t have any record of it or a vehicle for us to use. We had to make other arrangements which delayed our trip by several hours.”
“I rented a car at the Denver airport. Right after I left the rental lot the muffler tailpipe dropped off whatever it was bolted to on the undercarriage. It wasn't dragging on the pavement but it was bouncing around when I went over bumps in the road. I thought it was the luggage bouncing around in the back. I noticed what the problem was when I got to the hotel, but it was late. I took it back the next day and exchanged it for another vehicle. But they submitted a damage report and since I was the last to drive it, I ended up having to pay for the repairs. It cost $311. And to add insult to injury $120 of that was a $50 bookkeeping fee and a $70 diagnostic fee. I guess the diagnostic fee was for putting the car up on a hoist.
It wasn't like I was in an accident or anything like that. This was just a defective car. And having a picture of the back end of the car before I rented it doesn't prove anything. The bracket under the car could have been damaged and waiting to break as soon as the next poor soul drove it off the lot. I explained all of this to them but to no avail.
I guess the lesson to be learned from all of this is you need to thoroughly inspect the car yourself before you drive it off the lot. Including getting on the ground and checking out the undercarriage.”

He was very informative, fast, respectful, and provided us the right car we needed. He is an asset to this company. With this experience, we will always go there even though it's not close to us.”

No one told me that I needed to have a credit card to come back to Pensacola until I went in there on my reserved day to pick up my car. “First of all, when I rented the vehicle, I initially planned to have it for a full week, but Enterprise put a hold on my bank account, so all of the things I needed to go take care of, I couldn't because my bank account was frozen. They said it would remain until I took the car back--even though I paid for everything right then.
Secondly, the car they gave me to drive sounded like it was going to fall apart! On the highway it made me a nervous wreck! The car was definitely in need of mechanical help. It was not a vehicle I felt safe in at all. For as much as they charge and all the conditions you have to meet in order to rent a vehicle, they need to do better. Their current standard is shameful.”

He talked about what a great company enterprise was to work for allowing him to experience different cities in Canada.
