“On Monday. March 18, 2024 I arrived at Jacksonville International Airport to pick my rental car up. The reservation was made through my employer which only allows that you rent the most economical vehicle. I’m 6’4” and to get in a compact car would be very uncomfortable. I requested an upgrade however Enterprise policy doesn’t allow it. Bryce, the customer representative tried everything in her power to assist me. I want to go on record saying that although she wasn’t able to assist me,I felt like she truly cared about my situation. For that reason alone, I will come to use Enterprise Car Rental.”

The big two (Hertz-Thrifty-Dollar and Avis-Budget-Payless) consistently provide deplorable customer service. My renting experience with Enterprise was exceptional.
