“I've had mostly great experiences with Epic Cosplay Wigs and it used to be my go-to, but I recently had an experience with a wig being extremely inaccurately described. I had never had to return a wig here before, and was disappointed to find that because it is the color that was wrong I was only eligible for store credit and had to pay to ship the return myself. I hope that Epic Cosplay works to make sure the wigs are actually the color described online so that I can feel comfortable buying from you again and don't have to worry that I might get stuck choosing between a wig that isn't the same color as the characters hair or having to push back cosplay plans because my wig budget is stuck as store credit at a store that doesn't actually have the wig I need.”

“I have no complaints about the ordering and shipping process from Epic Cosplay. My orders always arrive quickly and are packed well. The wigs are probably fine if you know what you're doing. I first ordered an Apollo from Epic Cosplay in 2023. After a few snips of the shears, I realized I had ruined the Apollo and ended up ordering a similar wig from another seller. I recently ordered an Aphrodite and a ponytail extension for Halloween 2024. These aren't the most accurate to my intended character, but closer options weren't in stock. They would probably look better if they lost some volume, but I'm not about to destory another $40 wig trying to do it myself.”

“i’m disappointed by the lack of quality of wigs i’d previously had no issues with and feel as though this downshift has really soured my opinion. i’m not upset with either of my other two wigs, they’re fine, but i’m just disappointed.”

“Shipping was very fast, but packaging was pretty awful ( the wigs were crammed into a small usps priority envelope, I ship priority all the time and I know they offer a larger padded envelope for the price I paid ) and the wig quality was well below what was advertised online. Or what I’ve received from epic cosplay in the past.”

“You did not mark out if a wig was out of stock or not and let me know after. Although I was offered another wig of the same style, the color was not what I was looking for. I ordered a different wig and it was okay, however, there are some slight weft showings at the top of the head, and since I had to pay an additional 5 dollars (bringing my total up to almost 40 dollars) I was disappointed in the quality and was expecting a full wig with no balding spots.”

“Bought a wig for a friend, and had it delivered to her house. Unfortunately, there was a grey-ish discoloration on the wig, as seen in the attached photo.”

So sorry about this situation. It probably comes from the heating process. You can use a wet towel to wipe the small area to see if it comes out. It should go away if you wash it. Our support team can contact you with more details. Thank you so much for your time

“Hello the package went through customs costs and I had to pay 15€ extra, which I thought was pretty stupid and sad, I won't order here again im sorry. But the wig was very cool”

Thank you so much for your review. We wish we could cover the duties/customs. Unfortunately, different countries have different duty/tax rate and policy, we don't have those information. “There were issues with the shipping and the company said it was the fault of epic not sending the package until several days later. And the epic said it was a delay on dhl to my opinion there replay was too aggressive but anyway no clear answer was given. As for the wig they have lots of hair the quality seems good quality have been styling it and so far no problem.”

“Shipping was very fast. I like the wig cap and the pom pom hair ties. I reached out about the wig I received because it looked damaged at the top. I was told there's a heat process added to the wig because some customers like to style the wig a certain way. The tag said "modified" but the website did not mention this particular wig was modified. I will be returning the wig.”
