“I would just like to say thank you for the quick response and delivery of my spares Having taken my dyson to the local repairs shop to be told it would be rather expensive and then waiting for my husband to find time to take it apart to assess what was needed and nearly disposing if it We found we only needed these 2 parts and now I have a fully functioning hoover So thank you very much”

“Dyson Lifetime Pre Motor Filter Old Dyson lifesaver The staff were absolutely amazing and very very helpful. I have a very old Dyson 08 telescopic complete model. I sent them in photos of the bits that needed replacing and serial number. This filter is perfect! Also they managed to get me a replacement brush head which again fits easily and just what I needed. The parts arrived when they said they would. Can’t fault them !”

“Having ordered spares off them twice now (as a non tradesman) I found their customer service, speed of processing my order, and speed of delivery fantastic. They have spares for most makes of domestic appliance, and are very helpful if you have an obscure or old type of appliance. Highly recommended.”

“Used e spares for the first time last week to order a replacement handle for a Bosch tumble drier. Found the website great and easy to navigate, it also allows you to check your appliance number for compatibility. The delivery process was equally brilliant, good communication on delivery times with a tracker available, and a two hour window given for the delivery, it even arrived ahead of schedule. First class service ! I would gladly recommend e spares to anyone! Thank you.”

“Following an unfortunate delivery of a "dammaged" product ( not their fault) replacement item was dispatched & delivered within 24 hours!!! “Recently spent some time on the phone with a great sales guy helping me identify the filter I needed for a very old Dyson DC14. He was very patient and came up with exactly the right part (although I wasn't convinced since it looked a bit different to the original). Great service and I could almost say I enjoy vacuuming again now, as it picks up everything! Well done espares. Friendly, patient and very helpful staff, speedy delivery, well packaged.”

“My parcel was delivered damaged by Royal Mail. One piece of cardboard was missing from the side and the whole box was undone. Royal Mail had put an elastic band over it so it did not look opened but no label to say it had been damaged in transit like they use to do. When I opened it one part of my order was missing. I contacted e-spares by e-mail and they sent a replacement completely free of charge. It was sent express delivery, not by Royal Mail, and I received it the very next day. Callum, from e-spares, sent me an e-mail confirming all this with no questions and excellent customer service which I always look for with anyone that I purchase from. I would wholly recommend e-spares.”

“I ordered on line a new element for my oven on 15/02/20 , I received an e-mail back saying it was out of stock and would be despatched on 28/02/20. I then received another e-mail on 24/02/20 saying it had been despatched! It arrived the following day and with in 20 minutes I had the part fitted and working. Very happy with the service from e-spares, kept me informed throughout. I've used them a few times over the last couple couple of years and cannot recommend them enough. 👏👏”

“Once more, an excellent, responsive service from eSpares. With the additional benefit of a You Tube guide on how to replace a Henry Hoover rocker switch it was a very satisfying customer experience! Also, I am so pleased eSpares uses Royal Mail for postal delivery - this complemented the good service. Thank you.”

“I needed a new Bosch serie 4 dishwasher drain pump. Espares website was clear and useful for identifying the pump from the serial number of the machine. It arrived within 24 hours, the next afternoon. Good service all round. The only reason it did not get 5 stars was the price. At almost £40 including postage it felt a little high. A local tradesman thought he could get one, albeit slower, for around £20. Maybe that was trade price.”
