On this bank holiday Monday, I ordered a freezer drawer for my under counter Fridge/freezer. I had confirmation that it was being sent later that evening. I received it in the post on Wednesday with great outer package. Fantastic service. Beat that!

Ordered cooker spares with next day delivery. Next morning got advised of 1 hour delivery slot, came on time, everything fitted and cooking later that day. Excellent service, couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Bought a replacement blade for my Bosch lawn mower. I decided to go for the non-branded part (almost half the price of the Bosch original) and was wondering if I'd gambled on quality; I did not. It works perfectly and was delivered very promptly. Will be using eSpares again.

Unable to get a Dyson (hoover) motor due to the age of machine, but was advised to try the after market replacement, on the basis it has been recommended by many other people. Got the motor, next day, perfect fit, life in the the old hoover....

We have an integrated Beko fridge freezer and have struggled to find spare parts for the interior. Espares stock both dooe shelf and internal shelf, have a good system to check that the spare fits your model before purchase. Good notification of a very speedy delivery slot. Perfect. Thank you

I have always looked at Washing Machines with wonder as they are so large and appear to be intricate. I will take little items to pieces to repair them but larger electrical items left me cold. However, when my daughter in law stated that she had problems with her Hotpoint washer in the form of hole in the seal she was considering buying a new one, or getting in a repair man, I looked on the espares site to find the price of a new seal and it was relatively cheap. I also looked at the video of how to do the replacement and it looked quite easy. I suggested that she order one and with the help of my son we would replace it. When it arrived we approached the repair with a bit of trepidation but having the video on his smart phone we just followed it step by step. There were a few sticky moment releasing screws and springs but on the whole it flowed quite well. It took us longer than the 30 minutes suggested but at the end of the day when we tested it not a leak insight. Thank you espares for the video. If anybody else has quarms about doing repairs of this nature, look at the videos and get stuck in!

Having explained the problem with our fridge (stating make and model number) we received an email within the hour identifying the part required and providing a link to order it. It arrived the next day. Exemplary service.

I bought a new belt for my washing machine and was able to fit it myself thanks to the fantastic help video on site. I am 72 yrs and 4.10ft so if I can do it anyone can .I did have to do it twice as I put it on the grooves To NEAR the actual machine/tub, the second time was as easy as the first just be sure to have more than one cable tie :)

l purchased a set of tools for my old electrolux vacuum. priced them in Newcastle at £30 . E spares provided me with full set and free delivery in 3days for---£5-95. Excellent service and quality. will remember them for any future spares . 😊😊😊

Excellent service. The replacement part for our vacuum cleaner was delivered next day. The courier company gave us an hour slot for delivery (11.07 - 12.07) and delivered at the beginning of that slot (about 11.15). Have used eSpares previously with excellent results. Do look at their website for all spare/replacement parts for any electrical item.

I recently purchased some Rangemaster 110 Classic spares from eSpares. I purchased a new oven control fasia panel and a new main oven door catch & roller and I am pleased to say both are fitted and working. I am a very happy customer and thought I would contribute something ... Here are fitting instruction updates for both - Please feel free to use for others or on your web site but publish under Welsh Legend not my name please ... Rangemaster 110 Classic Oven Control Fasia Panel 1 Safety First - Switch off the electricity supply 2 Pull off the 9 large knobs and pullout the 5 clock buttons 3 Remove the long handle - There is an allan bolt at each end in the black caps 4 Once the handle is removed there are 2 screws underneath - Remove them 5 The Control fasia panel is now loose and will now pull forward a bit 6 IMPORTANT - Take a phone photo of the wires before disconnecting anything 7 Remove the clock unit - 1 screw on the top and 2 on the bottom - Make a note of which hole the screw comes out of on the top of the clock as there are 2 holes - When refitting the clock to the new fasia make sure the clock button holes and the fasia holes line up 8 Unplug all the wires - Look at your phone photo when reconnecting 9 Remove the 3 red indicator lights - This is difficult as there are 4 fins on each and you have to push them in while twisting out the indicator light - You can purchase a pair of new ones for around £8.00. 10 Remove the Rangemaster badge - Its held on by spring clips so support the old fasia on the edge of a workbench and hit the studs from the inside sharply with a hammer - You can still use them to fit the badge on the new fasia Refitting is the reverse with the new oven control fasia panel Rangemaster 110 Classic Main Oven Door Catch & Roller 1 Safety First - Switch off the electricity supply 2 IMPORTANT - Do not remove the whole door as there are spacers/ shims fitted during manufacture to line up the door correctly 3 Remove 2 allan bolts from the left side of the door and another 2 from the right 4 The outer coloured cover should now lift off 5 Remove the 2 bolts holding the oven door catch & roller in place 6 If you want to replace the stud loosen locking nut and unscrew the stud Refitting is the reverse with the new oven door catch & roller and the stud

I ordered a new element for our oven after the oven tripped our electrics and then once reset it never become hot. eSpares has many informative videos and one of these suggested that the element was likely to be the fault. Our oven is over 10 yrs old, but was operating fine and still looks good, so I didn't really want to pay for a new unit. I looked up our model number, again following the clear instruction from eSpares web page and decided to ordered. Lets face it £20 or £400. No brainer. The element arrived next day, and I fitted it, following the instructional video. Result, one working oven, one happy person for saving a small fortune. I found the whole experience, simple, The service I received was extremely professional, and they kept me informed of the order status at every step. Would I use again.... Without a doubt. Thanks Guys.

I needed a part for my lawnmower. Finding it on eSpares was simplicity itself. The ordering proces went without a hitch. The part (double handle lever switch) was dispatched quickly - with tracking available the whole time. When it srrived, it was well packaged and exactly correct. I fitted it myself, easily and quickly, and my mower is once again servicable. I recommend eSpares. Customer service communication was very good. Very satisfied.

I ordered two small items for my oven - a bulb and a tool to remove the cover. The bulb arrived reasonably quickly, all be it, in a box large enough to accommodate twelve bulbs, but no mention of the removal tool. Don't try ringing on any of published numbers as no one answers. I eventually spoke to someone on their 'live chat' facility who explained that the tool was not despatched as faulty. He assured me that a new batch was due in and I would be notified by email when mine was being sent out. Of course, nothing has happened . I then sent an email and received a response stating that 'they normally respond within 48 hrs'. and provided a unique ticket number to use in further enquiries. After 72hrs+ nothing from them. Unique number is worthless as you cant contact anybody. Dreadful customer service. I only awarded one star as there is no facility to award no star.
