“Fast delivery”

“Ordered a wardrobe advertised as white painted pine. Cheap flat mdf arrived at half 7 at night in a battered box. Tried for 3 weeks to get a refund with no success until trading standards got involved! Their number is premium so my phone bill is huge all because they miss sold me furniture then did nothing to resolve the issue until I contacted trading standards. The carrier service is appalling! They don't speak English, A month later and my money still isn't back into my account! Avoid!!!”

“I ordered the bed late afternoon. The order arrived the following morning. The bed opens for use from folded in one easy move and is excellent quality. The courier used was very helpful.”

“Ordered a bed which came in a badly damaged box. One corner is chipped on the headboard but needed the bed urgently and the chip faces the wall. Thought the bed frame would be smaller according to the website but it is bigger.”

“Ordered online on Sunday, order automatically confirmed. No more communication! I emailed Esprahome on Thursday to find out if the order had been dispatched yet (states 2days free delivery on website), only to be informed it was on its way and would be delivered in an hours time! Good job that I was in!!! Unit was easy to put together and looks just as in picture. Good quality. Pleased with the product.”

“I was contacted by your third party carrier within a few hours of my placing order. Could have been delivered next day if that had been convenient. Has just been delivered within time slot given. The whole process from placing the order to delivery has been first class. Hopefully putting it together will run as smoothly.”

“Delivery was prompt and the furniture was in good order. Construction was very time consuming: this is not an IKEA product! Instructions were very clear and easy to follow but the build seemed overly complicated compared to the aforementioned flat pack specialists. Despite the extraordinary number of screws, bolts etc. nothing was missing. However, the steel used to manufacture the screws for the draw handles was extremely poor (soft low grade), and had to be handled with care. Overall the finished product is robust and looks good.”

“Excellent product but not so good on customer service. The item stated that it would be delivered in two days. I let 2 weeks go past then tried to contact Esprahome. I tried the sales email address three times with no luck. I also tried the "DM" route, again with no reply. I then went to Facebook and tried there. After a few hours I was told to contact the Sales Email address. I tried to phone but the phone number I could find on the internet went unanswered. Not the best! Item came though and was fine in the end.”

“Phone one evening to ask when my delivery would be and they informed me that it had not been dispatched yet and that I would be notified once it was dispatched. Next morning whilst at work I got phone call from delivery driver saying he would be at my house in 15 minutes. I had cycled to work and had to borrow work colleagues car as I was 8 miles from home. Mattress also arrived with several pulls covering surface of the fabric. Sent the company and email with photos but they did not offer anything in return. I expected to at least be offered a free return or a percentage discount.”

“Beautiful product but terrible delivery service! I ordered the Aurora bed and sareer mattress. Both items are great. However, Esprahome uses UPs delivery service who do not contact you on day of delivery. I spent three days trying to get my order and ended up going to collect it myself. When I contacted Esprahome about this, they were quite dismissive. They really need to consider another courier as this lets them down.”

“Second time I've used Esprahome. Both great experiences. Bought Jay Be folding guest bed (which is the most comfortable folding bed I can find) for holiday let business. Best price I could find online, and delivered next day. Will definitely use again.”
