The policy that Esure offered us suited our particular needs and was at a competitive price so I'd happily recommend them to other enquirers.

a very good price to start with but moved less than a mile away and stuck with a extra £37.00 increase to to yearly total need- less to say they will not be getting my account next year.

Had to claim on HE policy as boiler was not working, starts and stops. They sent someone who looked but did not check boiler, turned it on, it was working at that moment. Went away, but boiler just stopped working a few days later. This time we had to wait 3 days for them to come and check, then waited another 4 days for a part but a day after they supposed to have fixed it, it stopped working again. Called insurance company, they assured me the engineer would call next morning. No one showed, when called insurance co, they never even booked the job in!! Now we have to wait two more days for someone to check what is wrong. Nightmare when there's someone who is disabled and needs heating and hotwater... so much for prioritising vulnerable people, don't believe it, just rubbish. I won't use this insurance company again.

I have subscribed my home insurance with Esure back in November 2014. At that time thy didn't have a web portal for clients and therefore I don't have access to documents that could be online and cannot update any of my personal information online. Esure have said that clients from 2015 onwards would be able to access to their online documents like any other company.

Greed got the better of me going for the cheapest car insurance, only to fine scratch the surface and all is not what it seems, Fees and extras for everything.

Thre's not much to say, I have my house insurance with E Sure and as their quotes are extremely competitive I decided o insure my car with them. Up to date there have been no problems and I havent made any claims with their company to see how they will perform, hopefully there will be no claims in the future and they stay well priced.

My recommendation would be not to use Esure Insurance My father was taken ill a few days after he had taken a car policy out with Esure, so we asked Esure to cancel the policy. They advised us to put the policy on hold, so that when my father was well enough to drive again he could just reactivate the policy. They also said that if my father was unable to drive again they would give us a full refund. Sadly we lost our Father four month later and then within 18 days we lost our Mother as well. Once over the shock, I had the sad task of sorting out my Father and Mother’s finances. All but one company ‘’ Esure’’ where very helpful and sympathetic by doing most of the work for me. Esure made it as difficult as possible for me to retrieve my Father's money, for a policy which he sadly never used. I contacted them around the end of May 2015 to advise them that my Father had passed away and as executor of the will I would like to surrender the policy and have my father's money refunded. This is when my nightmare began. They ask for all type of information i.e. death certificate, copy of the Will, SORN document etc which I totally understand and I gladly sent to them. From then on they put every obstacle they could in my way, after a few weeks of not hearing from them I would phone them, only to be kept on hold for twenty or thirty minutes and then put me through to someone else, were I would have to keep on explaining about my father's death and then my mother's death. Then to add insult to injury they charge you 5p a minute to talk to them as they use a 0845 number on Customer Services. Then they would tell you they need more information. You would resend the information but not hear anything again, so then I would have to go through the emails and phone calls again only to be told they hadn’t received the information and to email it to them and around you would go again. It is now September 2015 I have called again to be told that they couldn’t refund the money to the Bank account I had given them, which I had to open legally to have this sort of money paid into as the executor of my Father and mother’s Will, but they could pay it into my own personal account. I am now waiting to see if this happens. Not once did they contact me to inform me the was a problem, I had to call them every time just so they could charge me 5p a minute to lesson to the next excuse, why they hadn’t sorted it out. My advice to anyone who is thinking of taking out an insurance policy with Esure, is don’t. I would hate to make a claim with this company because if a refund is this hard, can you imagine how long it would take to make a claim.

tcident hey are fine taking your money but try them when you have had an accident on this occasion we are horrified with the service.had an accident on fri 28 aug 11.30 am ans still no hire car and its 12.00noon mon31st august
