“Your Isleworth store sold me brakes in a battered box with all the fittings missing so not fit for purpose. When I tried to return them I was told we cannot resell this item in this condition so couldn’t refund me. Though they could sell them to me like that. Please see photo of box from Brixton branch compared to Isleworth branch. I have no problems with your other branches but your Isleworth branch is sorely lacking in customer relations.”

“Parts are not too much more than online sellers so it's makes sense to go there when it's an urgent issue. Don't call to ask for information on the "bundle offers" that are listed on the product details as the staff won't know as in their words "we can only see what you can". Bottom line is use the place if you need it quicker than an online only seller. If not then I find online only sellers are better value with bettet product knowledge.”

“Bought some brake disks and brake pads. Not amused to find that the box of pads have been opened previously. Interested to know if the pins etc are supposed to be in the box with the brake pads.”

“The Streetwize OBDII wifi socket is a brilliant bit of kit. It is cheap enough and a no brainer to leave one in every car for when the engine management light comes on. This is light years ahead of the simple wired fault code readers around for a similar price. Luckily we were passing Europarts in Dumfries on holiday.”

“The ordering online is a very simple process, it's just the collection at the depot at Gravesend which needs addressing. One lovely and very knowledgable lady serving, taking the orders from customers in-store, getting the part, issuing the invoice etc but lots of staff walking around and sitting in the office with no assistance offered when the queue was out the door. Needs a bit more organisation for collection of parts - especially for online orders that are just collecting.”

“The item I bought (pioneer car radio) was described in detail on the website, but nowhere does it say there is a cd player, and it isn't visible in the bad photos. I didn't want this feature, and would have returned it for a refund if it were not so inconvenient. I will know to shop somewhere else in future.”
