“Bought a new battery for my car and would not fit because it did not include the terminals fitting kit which should have been supplied with it. The sales assistant had no clue about the kit. So went to MPX motor factors and got one with all the fittings. It took a week for them to refund me also.”

“Whilst on holiday my headlight bulbs blew, and required a replacement at a reasonable price, as always with Euro car parts, got a great price and even refunded the bulb I brought which was wrong. And replaced with correct fitting. Great service, thank you all.”

“There was a part missing from my order. My mechanic told me when I took it to him, as I collected it I imagine I wont be given the part or refunded as I didnt know what I was collecting, but a pair of brake pads were missing.”
