“Made an online order, to speed up the wait. To arrive to find a massive queue and only one person serving. After about 25 minutes, I'm told that two of my three items can't be found. And I'll be refunded and have to wait 5 working days for my money back.”

“Supplied wrong part and when I went to exchange I got a lot of attitude from the rep at the shop Robbie, me wanted me to pay another4.95 which I refused so I asked for a refund and to see the manager was told that there was no manager in so I went to leave with a refund then the manager magically appeared he looked into the issue and the correct replacement part was actually cheaper he refunded me £20 and supplied the correct part, whole issue took around an hour to resolve and initially I was treated very poorly by robbie who has a big attitude’ problem and should not be in a customer facing role he blatantly lied to me and obviously struggles with the job as he did not have a clue how to progress a return and lacks basic communication skills I purchase a lot of parts from Ecp and only with the excellent skills of the manager in progressing a refund will I continually to use Ecp however if Robbie is at the counter I will ask for another rep as he is very rude and aggressive”

“I ordered brake dics from this shop and did not expecting to be delivered on the same day because I order it from morning and it was Saturday. And also it says on their app that it was 3-4 working days to deliver. That's why 5⭐ rate from my experience in ordering from euro car part. Thank you”

“Had brake disks on special offer so decided to order from them. The disks didn't arrive so just got the normal priced stuff a day later than I could have and still had to drive to get the disks anyway”

“In the system, it showed that the pickup was scheduled for 3:00 PM. But when I went to the store, they told me the items weren’t ready yet and would only be available the next day. I had to cancel the order — it was really frustrating.”

“Order was a very easy process. Advised it would be available from 16.00 ( ordered at 14.00 ) communication great. Let the pickup till the next morning, less than 5 mins in the building and away with my oil, just what you need.”

“On a recent online purchase, I had an issue where the payment method faltered and I made a second purchase in error. The staff at the store upon collection of my purchase rectified the error and cancelled one of the purchases. The issue resolved in store to my satisfaction. Gives me confidence in the service delivery and reassurance to continue making purchases from Euro car parts. Thank you.”

“I received very good service from your Newbury branch. Very attentive and helpful server who went out of his way to assist after I returned a wiper blade that wasn't the right part for my car. He quickly swapped it for me. I'd definitely use Euro Car Parts again.”
