“The battery indicated by the website for my 46 year old car was the wrong size and wouldn't fit under the bonnet. When I called in to Kings Norton outlet, there was no nonsense. I was credited for the wrong one and a different battery was produced.”

“Euro car parts is invariably great on service, on my most recent visit however there seemed to be a staff shortage as the poor girl behind the counter was taking orders payments fetching and distributing them totally alone. This led to a build up of waiting customers who were complaining. She did an excellent job, was calm and professional. Thanks very much to her - she derserves a bonus !”

“I was sold the wrong part even after “checking” it was correct. I had to return and change it which cost me time and money. I missed my MOT retest and missed a days work. It would have been nice if a small discount was given as an apology after returning and pointing out the mistake. Employee told me he was unable to give discounts. I doubt I will be using Eurocarparts again. Be warned - always check your own parts against what is currently on the car and don’t take ecp recommendations.”

“Not great was told a battery was allocated and available for me from 9am on a Saturday morning my partner drove there to pick it up and was told it wasn’t there and to come back on Monday. I phoned head office a lovely woman based in Liverpool who was really helpful and she let me know that there were 3 batteries in the Trafford store and one is allocated to me and ready to pick up so we returned my partner went in and was refused service so I came in and got it but it was a bit of a palaver.”
