“Never use again, recieved pre opened, part assembled, slightly damaged goods. I finished building the item, as needed it- it did work. But it leaks water out of the handset and water goes inside. Very poor quality and not fit for purpose. As I used it, not able to return. Just disgusted I was sent a nearly new, potentially used and damaged item”

“I ordered online and drove 10 miles to collect my order when I was informed it was ready to collect a couple of days later. On arrival I was told they couldn’t find one of the items and suggested I go back the following day for it. Not very cost effective to take another 20 mile round trip when the missing item was less than a fiver so I asked for a refund.”

“Not sure which visit this is for, so I review both. Windscreen wiper for BMW4 series. Excellent value at £6, easy to fit (even though I managed to leave the protective cover on the blade & wondered why it didn't work so well Doahhh). Battery for Merc C series. Again excellent value for money. Both, Excellent service, pollite, quike , happy guy behind the till, quick & efficent. Good prices. easy order via the web.”

“My last order went very badly. After ordering brake pads for my car I collected them as requested. Unfortunately I failed to check the part numbers. As a result after removing the wheels to fit the pads I found they were incorrect. I advised the call centre and they agreed to exchange them and delivery would be next day. Fortunately another car parts store had them in stock so I was able to collect them and complete the job before my vehicles MOT. The Euro car parts employee was very nice and a full refund was requested.”
