“Great prices, but crazy long weight times in the understaffed collection center. Over an hour in the que, one person serving and working hard, but the que was out tge door and he got zero help. When we finally got to the front and showed the online order we got a receipt and told ' it's in the garage ' ! No one in thete, had to shout multiple times just to get someone to come out, then wait while they get someone to help. To be honest, probably better to pay more for quicker service.”

“I ordered Discs and Pads for a Vauxhall Corsa using the website and the car registration and collected the parts. I was supplied the wrong Pads. When I took them back to my local branch the guy in the branch said it often happens as the website often matches the wrong parts for the registration. So it’s rubbish.”

“I ordered a bottle of Auto Finesse Rag Top cleaner, which was showing as 'in stock' at a branch in Sheffield - a 20 minute drive from where I live. However, on getting there, I was told they couldn't actually find it...! But, credit where it's due, they did arrange for another, much more local branch to reserve one for me to collect the following day.”

“They need more store staff. It took about 45 mins to collect online orders. The queue was out of the door. 3 people left without purchasing so they are losing business by just having one person on the collection desk.”

“I neede a new battery and I was going on holiday the next day, you came with the wrong battery so the gentleman took photos and said he would see if something could be done, after about half an hour he returned with the correct battery, which i fitted. thank you so much to your company and the gentleman who dealt with it for going beyond normal service to an exceptional service to get me on the road again. I am 79 and have not seen service as good as this for a very long time unfortunately, so i will be telling anyone who wants to listen about your excellent service. Thank you once again , Roy Gorringe”
