“Ordered an oil filter online, on picking up was presented with a box which was the correct box for the filter I ordered, but inside the box was an entirely different filter, not even the same brand. Cheers guys!”

“First time purchase but there nuts and bold was missing in the packing and the packing was very as it was already unpacked before my purchase, i didn't know all of it as my mechanic told that this is not the proper packing and some nuts and bold was missing, so he used his own nuts and bold to fix the part in my car, so part is fine but the pack and missing part was a bad experience for me.”

“I asked for 2x1ltr oil and 2x(new car scent) air fresheners and got charged for all 4 items as you would expect. Only 1 item arrived! After I phoned up to see where the rest was I got told it had been missed and they will get someone to send it out that afternoon. This did not arrive. I had to phone again the next day to arrange this to be delivered and when I received it I was given the wrong scent air fresheners! Although this isn’t a big deal I expect to receive what I have ordered and paid for.”

“My online purchase experience was pathetic and so awful, I made an order on 26th of October received email for 26th between 7-9pm. Received another email that unable to deliver today and will deliver tomorrow and that tomorrow never came. I was keep contacting eurucar part n evri playing ping pong and end result zero. I called n cancel my order over the phone but still not received my money back, the lady over the phone listen whole story put me on his for ten minutes and said ok I am going to cancel your order without a single word of apologies or sorry. Twice I booked machnic appiontment have to cancelled, my lieu day was ruined and I have to spend extra cost for travelling and spent huge time in finding my order. I have visited your Sutton store the guy was amazing super helpful and friendly,Hod blesses him. Honestly speaking it was worst experience of my life,instead of sending the email customer needs results to sort it out their matters. I am sorry if I am sound rude but that's my honest opinion. Hope someone look into in and try to fix these issues. Regards TA”
