“The person on the desk did not know what a wheel stud was and could not find it on the system even using the range of suggestions I gave so left empty-handed. I went online and found it straight away using 'wheel stud' as the search query so I ordered click-and-collect and went to collect later than the time stated (3:30) to be told it would be in the next morning. Not sure I would use them if they were not so close to where I work.”

“I really like ECP and use them whenever necessary Stock is always readily available and I’m happy with the delivery service too. I have typically always done click and collect but having limited time I used delivery service for the first time and it was great. Thanks again ECP”

“Ordering on line was easy. Pick up from the coventry was painfully slow. Perhaps the company may say tha they are understaffed but it is always so slow. The Coventry branch is really awkward as there is very limited parking and you cannot park anywhere else as you will be issued with a parking fine even if stop on the road let someone out to pick up the items”

“I had to pick up my order direct from store, even though it says free delivery for orders over a certain amount all over your website!? so that means I had to drive 2+ hours just to recieve my order. Then when I got home I noticed that parts of my order was missing. So then had to drive another 2 hours to collect the item. I had no apology from the people working in the store. Do you think it's acceptable for me to spend 4hours of my time, borrowing /lending cars off family and friends, to drive back and forth to wrexham (total of 4 hours) is acceptable for a big co.pany like yourselves.”
