“took the pads to ayr to exchange , the manager at the counter was rude unhelpful and arrogant , went to kilmarnock and no problems whatsoever . Will not be going to euro carparts in ayr again”

“I was let down by Euro Car Parts express delivery after purchasing an ignition coil and paying extra for the express delivery which it didn’t arrive. After contacting Euro Car Parts on the 3rd day I was informed i would receive my delivery charge back but to refuse the delivery when it arrived. I waited another full day for the delivery for it not to arrive. I contacted Euro Car Parts again and after communication with them on this occasion i was refunded for the part and the express delivery. Unsure if Euro Car Parts or Evri the delivery company were to blame for this but the part eventually arrived 1week later and i now have to arrange a return as i had to arrange for this to be replaced at a garage.”

“This is my new "go too" place for my car/van parts now. They are reasonably priced, and based not to far from me. I order online which I find easy to do as I'm not computer savi. Within 15 minutes the parts are available in store. Definitely recommend”

“Tried to buy a part at a car store. Would take one or even two months I was told. With Euro car parts it took 2 days (and that was because I ordered it on a Sunday otherwise it would have been one day).”

“Suzuki Alto wheel trims.Our young un drives my run about second car and lost one coming home.So i looked at Euro Car Parts on line and found a replacement.Decent price and quality ordered and paid on line about 8pm and there is a branch 3 miles away so picked them up 9-15am following morning.Good service from the counter assistant .”

“Hi, I had a pretty bad experience with Euro Car Parts. I needed new wipers for the car, and this company was one of the first ones to come up on google. I put my reg no in to ensure I was ordering the correct blades - even the invoice stated my correct car make and model and reg number. The blades came and they didn’t fit - my car garage said “tell me you didn’t get these from Euro Auto Parts, they are constantly sending out the wrong blades.” I then proceeded to take these wipers back for refund at my local store. This took a total of 45 minutes and I had to call customer services whilst I was there because the store kept saying they couldn’t issue me a refund. After much hassle, I finally got my refund IN CASH because they couldn’t figure out how to issue the refund back to me - apparently on screen the account said I was only to be credited £20.18 when in actuality the blades cost £33.49. A very stressful experience and I definitely won’t be buying from this company again. I never leave reviews but really felt the need to this time.”
