“Customer service at East Kilbride store was shocking and unprofessional and very unhelpful. Exchange policy is also a joke cant just exchange goods for the right part need to be refunded which takes 5 working days and then you have to pay again if you want the right part. All brake pads listed under my registration were the wrong one so had to go else where to buy Luckly auto parts are hamilton were very helpful and got my correct brake pads. Will always use auto parys now and will never set foot again in euro car parts.”

“I ordered some service items during black Friday but my local branch was out of stock so the items had to brought in for collection. Imagine my surprise when I received an email to tell me that I had been issued a refund due to non collection. That would’ve been fine but I never received an email or text to let me know that they had arrived at my local branch or I would’ve collected them. Very poor service. Not sure if I would use Euro Car Parts again.”

“The first item was not new and was in fact damaged beyond use. The staff were happy to replace the item however I had to wait 4 days for the replacement part the 'new'part was delivered in a damaged and opened box. On fitting the part it was unserviceable on fit. I reversed to deal with them again and secured a new part online at a different location. The in-store staff were friendly and helpful, however the products they supplied did not match this.”

“I've always purchased most of my car parts or friends and family car parts from Euro Car Parts as I've always served me well As for customer service, it's been very good and hence one of the reasons why I keep coming back I'm always impressed that majority if the parts I've been needing are mainly in stock and if not most arrive within the a few days if not the following day”
