“I needed a battery for my sons car the first place I thought of was Euro car parts. It just so happened that there was a sale on, so I basically got the battery for half the price I would have anywhere else. I also needed the tools to fit it, got a nice set of sockets for a song. Job done no drama.”

“Ordered a battery online. Collected around an hour later from Euro car parts Stockton on tees. That was great! Unfortunately, the young man serving me was too interested in looking at his phone. Not only did he have his head in his phone when he was serving me, so wasn't listening properly. As soon as he gave me my purchase, he picked his phone up again and ignored my thanks and farewell. That ignorance needs to change.”

“Euro car parts is invariably great on service, on my most recent visit however there seemed to be a staff shortage as the poor girl behind the counter was taking orders payments fetching and distributing them totally alone. This led to a build up of waiting customers who were complaining. She did an excellent job, was calm and professional. Thanks very much to her - she derserves a bonus !”
