“No issue with the actual parts received but the service was literally awful. Very long wait and served by a female colleague who 100% did not want to be in work that day and I heard her say to another worker “ I’m doing everything as slowly as possible today”. All I was doing was collecting parts pre ordered but it was incredibly laborious. I’m assuming you don’t want customers in your premises ? If I do use Euros again I will use the delivery option to avoid having to go into a branch but the reality is I think I will just shop elsewhere.”

“Ordered the brakes 2 days in advance. Was told they would be ready to collect after 9am on the Saturday. I went at 12pm on the Saturday to be told that the delivery hadn’t come and they couldn’t tell me what day it was coming. I therefore missed my appointment to have the brakes replaced and then got an advisory on my mot because I didn’t have the parts on time. Not acceptable. Not even an email or courtesy call to tell me the parts have arrived when they were finally in stock.”

“Ordered product 02/12 and it arrived 11/12, the delivery timescale was 3/4 days so should have been with me no later than 6/12. Was told by euro car parts it was delayed due to bad weather and then was told by the courier service EVRI the product had been misplaced. I spent hours and hours on the phone, online chat and writing emails trying to get through to the right people and find out what was going on and why the part hadn’t arrived, the customer journey and experience was extremely poor as was the customer service from the euro car parts staff as they did not offer me any alternative solution but just to wait. My emergency was not acknowledged and nothing was really done about it. I drove with a cracked mirror for 10 days. If you want the part just go in store and collect it, do not rely on the delivery service, it is atrocious and will leave you feeling like you are in a third world country. Really really poor from Euro Car parts and doesn’t even get a 1 star from me.”
