“Not so good. I needed a battery for a Honda CRV - in fairness it was very easy to order and collect but a complete waste of my time and energy because the website didn't make it clear that Bosch S4 batteries come in 2 different terminal sizes... so it wasn't until I tried to fit it at home that I found I'd got the wrong one. Couldn't find any info on the website to help me ensure I would now select the right one, and had to resort to onfo off another website. To help others, the Bosch S4 020 and 022 batteries have small japanese terminals (13.1mm & 14.7mm); S4 021 & 023 have large terminals (17.5mm & 19.5mm).”

“decent prices but the store expereinece is always the same regardless of which branch you visit - long queues, extremely slow service, (despite purchasing online and being told it's ready to collect) and disinterested staff.”

“TLDR; good in the end. Delivery at your own peril as they use EVRI as a courier; which for car parts seems dangerous.. Website and order process is fine. However, they’ve opted to utilise EVRI for a courier.. which I would suggest is unwise. I don’t know if the packaging they send in makes it obvious that car parts were contained - (as mine were ‘mysteriously’ damaged in transit by EVRI (stolen based on the lack of any engagement from them) I haven’t seen my original order. Anyway, no contact from EVRI, had to chase euro themselves, first set of messaging assured parts would come after EVRI assess the damage.. ok.. few days later on hearing nothing from either party, suspicions were confirmed. Again, Euro refunded me quite easily and quickly, but a pretty poor first time order and likely avoidable if there was more care and diligence on their own logistics side, cost cutting usually ends up costing more overall. Apologies for the TLDR, just what I hoped was a fair review, ordered parts for pickup.. all fine even got an impulse buy out of me at checkout - otherwise all good!”
