“Not great was told a battery was allocated and available for me from 9am on a Saturday morning my partner drove there to pick it up and was told it wasn’t there and to come back on Monday. I phoned head office a lovely woman based in Liverpool who was really helpful and she let me know that there were 3 batteries in the Trafford store and one is allocated to me and ready to pick up so we returned my partner went in and was refused service so I came in and got it but it was a bit of a palaver.”

“Ordered brake pads for collection online while they were on a discount deal. Got provided the wrong parts but they were happy to swap them however they wouldn’t honour the discount and apply it to the correct pads which were arranged to be collected in store over the phone and the discount was supposedly online only yet I originally paid online but was given the wrong parts”

“Not always the cheapest but always have stock or can get the stock same day. It's also surprising just what they do sell recently bought trailer parts from them and they were the cheapest In short always worth using and although always busy trade counter staff are pleasant”

“5 stars for their car part prices and good fitting 2 stars for their understaffed counter service . No point ordering online when you still have a 20-30 minute wait in the queue. most places now have a quick collection point for pre paid orders. Come on europarts sort this out or u will like customers”
