“Order was ready promptly but unfortunately Eurocarparts use Evri for deliveries - enough said. Delivery photo to foyer of my address was out of focus so couldn't tell which parcels were mine and part of order was missing. Trying to prove that to Eurocarparts will be a struggle methinks!”

“Took 3 days to get my order, had the car been available I would have driven across town (battery failed). 1 day to pick 4 items. 1 day to pack 4 items. 1 day and two different delivery times to deliver 3 items plus one battery. Free delivery selected as over £25 order yet charged £4.99 for delivery. Could be better.”

“Firstly, the parts were supposed to be picked up on Sunday, but it turned out the store was closed that day, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Secondly, I don't see the point of using Click and Collect since there is no faster pickup option in your store. Everyone is treated the same, whether they placed a Click and Collect order or not. You end up waiting 40 minutes in line, and then the staff still has to pick your order, which adds another 5 minutes of waiting. It's easier to order something online from elsewhere—cheaper and without the 45-minute wait in a long queue inside a non-air-conditioned space.”

“took the pads to ayr to exchange , the manager at the counter was rude unhelpful and arrogant , went to kilmarnock and no problems whatsoever . Will not be going to euro carparts in ayr again”

“I was let down by Euro Car Parts express delivery after purchasing an ignition coil and paying extra for the express delivery which it didn’t arrive. After contacting Euro Car Parts on the 3rd day I was informed i would receive my delivery charge back but to refuse the delivery when it arrived. I waited another full day for the delivery for it not to arrive. I contacted Euro Car Parts again and after communication with them on this occasion i was refunded for the part and the express delivery. Unsure if Euro Car Parts or Evri the delivery company were to blame for this but the part eventually arrived 1week later and i now have to arrange a return as i had to arrange for this to be replaced at a garage.”
