“Pretty good, website is a mess, difficult to find way around, wouldn't let me go to where I wanted. Prices strange mish mash for different types of same things. The other company that runs parallel with Euro can be a lot cheaper, shouldn't have to look at different site for comparison. Only use them because of convenience.”

“Have used the high Wycombe branch many times over the years and it really could be more professionally run. Always hear staff swearing in the warehouse due to the thin partition wall between the trade counter. Always a long queue of customers that seems to mainly down to staff not using initiative. Very limited parking for customers and to compound the problem even more, your van drivers are always happy to just block the forecourt to collect parts for delivery. Sadly not very well run at all in my many experiences over the years I have used the Aylesbury branch a few times which I find a far better customer service experience, they seem very well organised and professional. Just my honest opinion but I actually dread using the High Wycombe branch because I can almost guarantee wasting a lot of my time in there to purchase parts that should realistically only take minutes.”

“Ordered parts online click and collect and this was the second time they supplied me the wong engine filter which meant around a 6 mile return for exchange. Not at all apolagetic for the mistake, Not enough counter staff for the volume of customers. I'm not going to use europarts again as theres too many people in the office and not enough people serving the general public.”
