“I needed a new battery for my car and Euro Car Parts were easily the cheapest place to get it from. I used the Click and Collect service and my new battery was waiting in the shop for me. As I'm now a senior citizen I appreciated the offer to carry my battery to my car. The gentleman who served me was polite and helpful and I was impressed by the excellent service I received.”

“I needed to change the part which was my issue, ordered the wrong one!! On visiting the Colchester branch on the 7th Oct at 4:45 to exchange the part, the experience was absolutely shocking. Only one member of staff serving as the rest of the staff were having a very loud nasty argument with some gutter language. From what I heard along with the lady being served they have a very nasty bullying issue within the branch. Will avoid visiting in the future.”

“I went online as needed some windscreen wipers. Put my reg in to the website to show me ones suitable for my car. When I went to put them on they're completely the wrong attachment. What's the point in having the make/model check if you're not going to show me the right ones? Now I have to make another trip to return them and get the correct ones which is a complete waste of time.”

“Despite ordering and receiving an email confirming that all items were ready for collection from my local branch in Eastbourne, I arrived to collect l, only to be informed that one of the items had been sold, so was not there. They did order another one, which after a second visit was there, but did not alter the fact that I had to make another 20 mile round trip.”

“Awful experience, huge queue (pretty much out the door) and by the time I got to the counter I was told they didn’t have my item which I was there to collect (having paid for it already online). After around 40mins in the store somebody managed to find my item or an alternative but no apology or explanation. Just a really poor service and experience.”
