So far signal seems good, tech support was very good. Just watching data usage, the initial pacage maybe to low so amy work out expensive

Online ordering straightforward. Hardware arrived on the correct day. Slight issue with installation as required a specific day to ensure our IT suppliers could be on site at the time of installation and this could not be arranged at the short notice given.

Happy with the overall package and good value for money! Self installation was reasonably straight forward although it would be helpful if the full installation guide was provided with the delivery instead of having to look one up online

My initial purchase was the 20 Gb download package. However, the download speed varied between 2Mbs and 0kb download. The average was about 50Kbs. This is very poor. At times, I wasn't able to update my PCs or even get into Emails. But, this is not the fault of Europasat, it's the satellite unable to cope with the traffic. Thus after complaints, I was put onto the Pro 30 package which is less congested. This has revolutionised my Internet access and download speeds to a reasonable level. So, a very good response by Europasat. Now it's a normal service.

Delivery very fast. Easy to install. System works great. Helpline very very good. I needed to call a few times to get help with my installation. I would suggest including an installation manual would really help.

No problems except for accessing G-mail link which needed action by technical support: promised return phone not made but contact eventually established and problem resolved!

I have had a pretty good experience using Europasat, for the Tooway system for our villa in Italy. They shipped all the kit from the UK for us and I installed it myself (you do need a laptop to do this, if you are thinking of undertaking this yourself and know a little about satellite communications). The experience was let down a little by the fact that the activation code I was given didn't work in Italy, then spent nearly an hour on the phone trying to get through to Technical Support back in the UK to get the activation code corrected, which I did eventually. System is up and running and working well. Tony - Leamington Spa

Had to ring to order but excellent service on the phone . I have now installed it all in France, very good video about the installation on the CD that came with the dish. When it was all installed on the computer it said ready to use the internet but wouldn't work! Again a call to the help line and my reference number from the modem and its up and running. Very pleased so far (only had it going for 6 days)

Installation and workmanship very good, but thought download speed would be faster. Also VERY disappointed that unlimited broadband is not available - we need this to stream UK TV - when will this be available here in Crete?

The speeds you are receiving could be due to the amount of people on the network at any given time as this is a shared network and for this reason, we cannot guarantee any kind of headline speeds. This is also why your speeds are lower during the late afternoon till late at night simply due to the amount of people using the bandwidth. Please also be aware that the services is an up-to service which means the 22MB/s is not a guaranteed speed. This is stated in our terms and conditions which can be found at: https://www.europasat.com/support/about-us/terms-conditions/. The speed is good, what has shocked me is how quickly the 10g cap is reached. I have only had this less than a week and already I am half way through my allowance. This was using Skype, the picture was clear and the connection great, but I will not be using Skype again on here as I do not want my allowance to be gobbled up. I assume this will be the same with anything like films or downloads, so be aware. The engineer who fitted the diah and equipment was excellent and where we live is not the easiest place to get to, but he did.

The engineer was excellent , adapted to difficult installation well . Given incorrect information at point of sales , ( my existing B.T. router could be used ) . This was later dismissed by Europasat as not having been said , but then that sadly is a standard reply by many organizations today . The result is that I now have further costs of around £ 40-50 to incur , had I been in knowledge of the total cost I may have looked elsewhere .

Comprehensive kit supplied . dish construction takes a while (self-install) and fine tuning was a struggle first attempt . came back the following morning and no problems so perhaps i was just tired ! good internet connection so far (better than previous satellite provider) , not sure how the allotted usage will work , but apparently upgrade is easy . we use Facetime/Tango Apple apps to contact family in USA and previously it was a struggle to have a conversation . very good through Tooway so worth any extra costs !

1. The lead-in: operatives were helpful with information by phone and email when trying to decide which company. Less impressed by getting an invoice before I had actually signed up! and also having to chase confirmation of date and time of installation. 2, The site survey. this took place as planned and the engineer was fine 3. The installation: there was a bit of a hiccup here because the engineer had a bereavement at the time agreed, but a new date and new engineer were rapidly organised and we were kept informed. This did however lead to installation taking longer than usual because of switch of equipment. Engineer was super-helpful and did not leave until all machines connected. 4. How it works now: it is much more reliable so far than our previous dongle. However, it is not much faster which is a bit disappointing.
