Speedy, efficient service. Technical and financial details explained by your operator with patience and with the understanding that some older folk have difficulty with the intricacies of the satellite system. This was a major investment for two OAPs working with only the State pension so we were quite nervous about the purchase. Your representative was reassuring and had us on line very quickly. Since then - after getting into the habit of measuring our on line activities to meet the data collection we had arranged - we now can enjoy the service to the full. I would make one point for your consideration. It seems unfair that if we order an additional data portion should we run short towards the end of the month, any remaining at the end of the period cannot be carried forward and added to the next month's allocation. Something you might want to think about?

Living in the mountains it was with great relief we found you were able to put us on the Internet. Along with several neighbours we find the standard of broadband given to be delivered consistently and at an affordable price. Let us hope you will continue these same standards for many years to come. In return we will continue to use your service and where possible recommend you to others. ????????

Speeds do vary from device to device and at different times of the day which is disappointing. Having been used to unlimited useage & not having any idea of consumption I was very surprised to find I had used my quota up so quickly.

the internet connection is intermittent and at a very low speed from 20h to 22hr. The same as BT, which is a 300k download land line outside these times performance is better, though i'm rarely home to use it then

My experience with europasat has been excellent. I purchased the equipment for my property in Portugal, the service from Catia in the local office was first class , the appointment for installation plus all the arrangements for payment etc were managed in a very proffessional and timely manner. The sytem works well and has a good user friendly portal to enable you to manage your account on-line Thank you very much. Bob Middletn

We ordered satellite internet from Europasat a week before Christmas 2014. Two months later, we were still waiting for a date to have our receiver, modem and router installed. There had been promises that installers would call us, but none did, despite our having paid a considerable sum up front to Europasat. Only once I threatened to cancel our subscription and requested a full refend did someone finally get in touch. This was not the usual installer, apparently, but he was excellent (alan@ecosse-tc.co.uk, from Ecosse Technology & Communications), installing the equipment within 2 days of my first speaking with him. I would readily recommend him and Ecosse-TC to anyone wishing to have satellite internet provided and installed in Scotland/ Northern England. As for the TooWay Europasat service, once installed, it has been terrific. We live at least 5 miles from the nearest BT exchange, and the internet over the landline was, frankly, woeful, with even simple email taxing the system. However, we can now stream iPlayer programs and LoveFilm movies, which is a revelation, and a revolution! The data cost is relatively high, especially compared to my Virgin Media cable service at a previous address, but just having access to the internet in this fashion has made a tremendous difference. Now it's working, the internet service has been great, but I am very concerned with how rapidly Europasat will respond to any future technical problems. We have had no apology or explanation of why it all took so long to arrange, and then when we did have an installer call, we found it could be completely installed within half a dayI. If only Europasat customer service had matched the efficiency and speed of Ecosse-TC, and the internet service, once it finally arrived!

From the first moment that I contacted Eurosat they surpassed my expectations in terms of customer service - everyone in their sales & service teams that I spoke to (Trina, Dom, Steven) were exceptionally helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions fully. I had some difficult requirements (my house is in a tricky position to receive the satellite connection) but the team took the time to review the position on Google Maps with me while I was on the phone to talk through options. What originally was a worry for me was quickly smoothed over by their reassurance that everything would be fine. They also organised the delivery to coincide with the day I was moving into my new property... ... Phil, the installation man, was there early and was absolutely excellent and professional throughout the service. He also had a wealth of knowledge about how the system worked, ideas for how to position things and, in the end, made absolutely sure that everything was going to work well moving forwards. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eurosat to anyone (and, in fact, have already - hopefully they'll take it up so we can both benefit from the "recommend a friend" scheme that Eurosat operate).

The consignment arrived 5 days ago exactly on time. Support from Europasat was excellent, both during purchase and installation. We have a clear line of sight with the dish mounted in a discrete location 1 metre above ground on the back of an outbuilding. (This was the fallback position, required to satisfy the domestic planning authority.) I used a sat finder app on an iPhone to help orientate the dish correctly and found the satellite immediately on switch-on. Maximising the signal was straight forward. Europasat help was invaluable when setting up the modem and router, which are now working perfectly together. Download speeds vary, the lowest has been 1.4 Mb/s (BT delivered 0.1 for the last two months, and no prospect of improvement). The highest from satellite so far has been 11.2 Mb/s. I assume the variation is related to America at work and at rest. More research is needed to be sure of this correlation. The PAYG option probably won't suit our domestic use, it's too easy to exceed the data limit without constant monitoring. So far, a very satisfactory change-over from BT copper wire. I was absolutely delighted with the easy installation and change over, Steve (from Voove) was terrific, everything just went to plan. As for the speed of the Two Way I find that the pages can still take as long to open as did my old broadband but they do come in fully - well mainly they do. All in all I am satisfied but I would have liked it to be faster.

Hi. Had it installed on Saturday. Delighted with the new speed compared to BT and updated everything using up much of our monthly data allowance in two days! However, tonight the speed feels slower. Checked on a speed checker app and it showed 1.94 - 2.87 mb. Not what we signed up for at all. What's going on here?

Kevin and his team answered all my queries and came to do a site survey within hours of my enquiry (the fact that they are based within 2 miles of me helped). The installation was performed smoothly and professionally with the minimum of disruption. They even removed a router that they were using in their office as the one I had was incompatible and my children were upset as the long awaited broadband was not working. They were always available to answer questions and went way beyond my expectations in every regard. I can not praise them highly enough and have not reservation in recommending them. What can I say except thank so much for giving the service of a broadband system to my remote part of isle of Skye in Scotland from order placed to technical answers and back up when i purchased my Tooway system with the correct tools and experiance of being a tradesman i was able to complete and enjoy something I never thought possible

Everything fine with the ordering process and delivery of goods. However, when the dish was installed, despite living in open countryside with a direct line to the sky, the engineer struggled to get, and maintain a signal. He eventually got the minimum strength required, and then said it would be OK. This was Wednesday 4th February. Since then I have had very poor internet speed. The package was sold as 22mbps, but the best I have been able to achieve over several speed tests is 16mbps, with the worse being just over 1mbps. On average I'm getting about 10mbps. On Monday 9th Feb, I rang the Customer Service department, and spoke to Adam. Surprising enough, I was told there was nothing they could do, and the advertised speed does say speeds "UP TO" 22mbps. Despite my complaints that my speeds are well below that, he just kept repeating the same line "It says speeds up to 22mbps", which was very unhelpful. They might as well offer speeds of 200mbps if they then just fall back on that. The advertised speed should be indicative of what one can expect to receive. I was promised a call back from a "Manager" to discuss my issues. It is now Thursday 12th Feb, and I still haven't had the call. At the moment, after paying well over £1500 in total for equipment and 12 months service, I am still able to obtain faster broadband from tethering my iPhone to my Mac, and using Vodafone 4G as the provider. Very very disappointing
