We were not impressed by the installation team who failed on two occasions (due to rain they said) and finally fitted the router in an inappropriate place requiring further expenditure on WiFi boosting apparatus.

Hi Robin Thanks for taking the time to respond to our survey. Rooftop installations cannot, due to heath and safety, occur when it's raining. Router range can be affected by distance and thickness of walls, wifi boosters will help to alleviate this issue. Kind regards The Europasat Team

You were very quick to take my money and very slow to be helpful after that. I rang maybe 5 times asking for information on the system and each time someone would ring me back 'in 5 minutes' - you never rang so I rang again. On the day we were having the Tooway system installed I again rang to see if anyone was coming. At 2.30pm there was only 2 hours of light left and the installer arrived very grumpy. He did install the dish and Tooway box but then as soon as it was sort of done he was off. I asked him to stay until the WiFi was working but he said that was not his role? I assumed that was what we had paid for? The following day after trying for several hours to sort it out myself - rebooting it all, reinstalling the instruction DVD, I gave up and rang Europasat. At last someone was helpful in the technical department and talked me through how to get it to work for over an hour. He was excellent and very patient. This could have all been avoided if the engineer had just spent the extra 10 minutes and done it himself, leaving me with a good impression rather than a poor one. It would have helped if you and rung back when you said you would too.

Delivery : good Equipments : good Installation : impossible to find a professional who accept to do the job (Vendée in France, near Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie). So, i made it !

Good reliable connection that allows independent broadband at my location which is fairly remote, and at no lesser speed than the BT fibers at this area.

No hassle and arrived on time , straightforward instructions for installation. Very happy with the service after battling with BT for months decided to go for satellite and couldn't be happier. Was concerned about the level of signal for speed but it is comparable with my fixed line broadband.

As an installer of various satellite internet systems, my experience with Europasat shows that there is a significant difference between Europasat and other satellite ISPs: Sales and tech support are friendly and competent, as a technician, and since my main need as an installer is tech support, I can say: these people really know what they are talking about. Furthermore, I called in on a Sunday, lately, being completely blocked on an installation, just to figure out when on Monday I could possibly call again by listening to the answerphone, when I found tech support open! The technical department people are pretty good. They are not sales people but technically they know what they are talking about. One went. To some length s to help me work out what apps were draining my data allowance. They actually answered the phone on a Sunday morning. Those of us with no cable connections rely on Europasat and they have been pretty good. I would recommend them, particularly the technical chaps.

Customer service is good with Eurposat but the internet quality we receive is shocking and not constant! It's also very expensive. Our location is rural but in the day and age we would expect a constant, strong internet supply which unfortunately we don't receive. Satellite internet is our only option and £60 a month is very expensive!

After 2 years grief with BT,I am finally getting broadband that works, getting up to 20mbps compared to the 0.13mbps I was getting through my phone line, equipment arrived 2 days after I ordered and was installed a few days later. Only downside is the cost of the data, but I am no worse off as I done away with BT altogether. Excellent product, have had no hassle getting online for over 3 weeks, well done Europasat????

No Http connectivity in France for months, charge you to suspend and then charge you £30 plus monthly fee for joining again, no facilitie for people who only spend half there time or less in the property, No other way of getting broadband one you have got their kit so it's a monopoly and don't they know it.

Hi Anthony Thanks for taking the time to respond to our survey. The cost you have described are costs that are charged by the satellite owner. Therefore, they need to be passed on. If the service is not cancelled as it is, the satellite owner would not be able to pass the capacity to another customer whilst you are not using the system; earning no revenue from the service. Well at the moment I can not comment as we seem to have a problem with the modem. It's not communicating with anything. My i pad started to download something, then said to download google drive, which it wouldn't do. So at the moment I am still on my old Neufbox from UK Telecom. Would really like to be connected!!

Early days but we have just changed from a rival satellite broadband provider whose signal strength was inadequate to cope with rain or fog, leaving us completely without service. No rain in the past six days to test it, but the signal strength and download speed both significantly better, and in every other way (customer relations, delivery, installation etc.) exemplary. A bit pricier than before, but well worth it

The service from order to set up was well executed, your contractor was exceptional, still to work out if 40gb will be enough storage.

It's variable in terms of speed, but always at least 10 times better than what I had before. The installer who came, whose name was Keith, was excellent- knowledgeable, patient and good humoured. One thing- is there an ap or something I can have on my iPad to monitor my usage? At the moment I'm scrolling back to the email you sent me to find the link to my home page, which is a bit of a bore.

Dominic, at the Oxfordshire office, was knowledgeable and splendidly helpful. He did what he said he would do. We paid what he said we would pay and the dish, router, modem and nuts and bolts arrived when he said they would arrive. However, when it came to activating the installation (08.10.15) we were puzzled for some time that nothing worked. It was only when we telephoned the Technical Department that we learned that the system was suffering an outage. I believe that this is an Americanism for "breakdown". Eventually the system was restored, we were able to complete activation and all has worked well since. We hope that system breakdowns are rare.
