Not happy with customer service. We contacted them when we accidentally paid double for 10 months, somehow they were not able to track the double payments and we got no compensation or even sympathy or apologies. A lack of payment would ofcourse have been discovered immediately.

Without my recent link I would have had a very poor Christmas. Storms damaged my 2BT lines, but I could still keep in contact with my family and friends, thanks to you.

Staff very responsive. Satellite broadband can be a bit slow but generally seems reliable.

Perfect deal. The system is so easy to set up that even an old idiot like me can figure it out. So much better than having to pay for the installation. I have even moved the system from a temporary location to it's permanent one. Very good speed, very good value and very good service received.

As usual great service if I felt the need for it. This is very rare as the system provided by Michael Strickland the installer has worked well from day one. More speed when available will be much appreciated.

Superb service, all the way from installation, through daily usage with decent up and download speeds, and simplicity in customer services and billing. Knocks spots off off the only other broadband provider available on my particular island here in Orkney.

Over the last month or so, the performance (speed) has dropped off in in the evenings to the extent that it become unusable for many tasks. Otherwise, it's okay, but not as fast as it was when we first got the service.

Before going on to europasat we had Nordnet which was absolutely dire, hardly ever worked and impossible to ever get anything sorted out with it, totally unreliable. Tooway on Europasat works well, is faster and we get a bigger allowance as standard. Sat internet is always going to be dearer and slower than broadband but this works well. I particularly like the way we get reminders of our usage and can adjust our use if we are a bit too close to having used 100% like this month. Slowing our speed down instead of cutting us off is a much fairer idea.

The service I receive is good and to date I have not had cause to complain. When requesting information regarding usage queries the response has been quick and informative. The only thing which frustrates me is having what used to be "unlimited" use which is now capped at 50,000mb. I find this difficult to explain to visiting friends/family who use our internet. They remind me that their provider offers "totally unlimited" usage. Ultimately I believe this will compel me to move to another provider with "unlimited" use.

An excellent company which can be relied upon to give the potential customer balanced information prior to purchasing one of its satellite packages. We are very pleased with our installation which gives us genuine high speed broadband in our rural location. The web site is very informative and the secure client area easy to use. I have no hesitation in recommending Europasat to others; and am doing so.

I live in a very isolated area in South West France and Europasat have provided me with a great way to remain in touch with my family and the general shopping world (also keeps the wife occupied on her new tablet). However Europasat is like every other company when it comes to passing on offers to 'EXISTING CUSTOMERS' - NOTHING!!!!! I am bombarded with email offers from Europasat offering discounts, more bandwith, cheaper costs etc etc., yes, you have guessed, FOR 'NEW CUSTOMERS' ONLY!!!! I have emailed and pointed this out and have thrown myself at their mercy - NOPE, NOTHING, not even sympathy. I should be used to this level of service for existing customers it is endemic. I truly believe they are missing a trick Rant over Rob

We live in France in the middle of nowhere. We can't get the Internet by phone line or the French WiMax broadcast system. So, enter Europasat (originally Tooway). We were up and running within a day once the kit had arrived. The system works well (very impressed) and the support staff are second to none. Got a query, just phone. Need an upgrade, just phone. The staff are polite, helpful and fast. Love it to pieces.

A really good company and the only one who has ever really provided us with Internet. It is a little on the expensive side , but i guess as they are he only ones that can supply Internet. But customer service is always very good.

Satellite will be more expensive that standard ADSL broadband due to the amount of funding that has been ploughed into the new Technology. In this day and age it is essencial to have confidence in the company you deal with.This is backed with after sales service this I found with europasat to be excellent. After frustration in abundance with my previous supplier this was a breath of fresh air. Very happy with the service from europasat although a tiny bit more expensive than others I think you get what you pay for, from bitter experience. I would recommend europasat to anyone. J.B.Picker

In General the service is good and Europasat were very helpful when I was first researching, allowing me to test it out from their premises in Bicester. I do find that the speed is incredibly variable. I've never had the advertised 20Mbps, best I've got is 18Mbps, and for example today (9.10 on a Friday morning) the speed is down to around 2.5Mbps download. I average 10Mbs, which is fine for what I need. I think the company would be better off having a 10Mbps rate with a 10Gb (or more) download limit as I rarely get above 10Mbps but quite often have to be mindful of my download limit. I work from home and just use email and internet browsing.

The speeds you are receiving could be due to the amount of people on the network at any given time as this is a shared network and for this reason, we cannot guarantee any kind of headline speeds. This is also why your speeds may be lower during the late afternoon till late at night simply due to the amount of people using the bandwidth. The service is good apart from when you run out of bandwidth, then it goes real slow, so my normal usage uses about half my capacity, but then say a football match comes along and it runs slow, but i have only used half my bandwidth for 10 months, but i get no service, this is ery poor part of the service.
