Said that would take 6 days, took 11. The baggage was a little wet. There wasn't someone speaking my language when I called.

En las 3 ultimas veces que he usado el servicio nunca han llegado el día programado para la recogida de la caja un servicio inpuntual, pesimo me han echo perder tiempo por varios dias

I have no words. Everything have been stolen during transport. The luggage was opened when I received it. Obviously, I do not recommend Eurosender at all.

The labels were sent late, the delivery staff was super rude and with a bad attitude and I saw how they treated badly my boxes that specifically said to handle with care and fragile. The tracking web page is not up to date so I couldn't know the real status of my boxes.

Ordering process is very easy and quick. Everything gets to your e-mail address and the package is easy to track.

the contact center of eurosender is always receptive but the companies with whom they work are always (two purchases in my experiences) problematic.

I wanted to send a parcel but all service stations were really far, Eurosender really made my day. It's very easy and the parcel arrived very fast and neatly in it's destination. I think it's rather for big parcels but those it's really a good price. Only bad thing is that you don't know when the person may come to pick your parcel up and the whole day I had to be home and ready. But apart from that everything was 100 %!

Caso a encomenda não seja aceite, por não cumprir os requisitos tanto de peso como dimensões, deveria ficar retida no armazém e ser comunicado via e-mail ou telefone a nova orçamentação e em seguida enviada. Pode haver casos onde a pessoa já não se encontre no local de envio da encomenda. Os prazos de entrega explícitos quando se faz uma encomenda deveriam ser mais rigorosos.
