“The travel pack was excellent and extremely helpful. It provided concise important info in a conviently sized package. The extra info on the interrail pass was useful to clear up any confusion along the way. The hostels were amazing and there was zero problems checking in and the fact it was prepaid in advance made things even easier. Directions to the hostels were always spot on and the use of specific shops etc as landmarks made the directions so easy to follow.”

“I have travelled with Euroventure 3 times now and I keep coming back so they must be doing something right. Honestly they seem to put their heart into it and really actually care about you as an individual not just another customer. They seem really friendly people who can chat away to you about travelling all day long. I've travelled most of Europe now but they keep putting new routes together for me so I just keep coming back haha”

“The book that you provide is amazing. All the directions were very good and helpful. The suggestions on what to do were good as well. Also the staff were really good with dealing with any problems. We had an issue in one of our cities and we emailed Michael (a member of staff that helped us the whole time) and he fixed it immediatly.”

“The information pack and places of recommendation were excellent. Clear and accurate directions to the hotels and the language essentials were extremely helpful and a detail that I didn't even expect. Communication was always easy and the replies quick. “The travel pack was so useful, particularly the recommendations of things to do and places to eat. In most places we went to we did at least one of the recommendations and not once were we disappointed. It was refreshing just to have a short list of things to do, as rather than being overwhelmed by information as you are with most guidebooks, it made us actually want to try the suggestions. I was also very impressed when on one day we had a problem with our hostel in Croatia (the owners did not think we had paid), I rang up the out-of-hours number and our problem was dealt with immediately. All in all we had the most brilliant trip and the service Euroventure provided was excellent, from the pre-trip communications to the extensively detailed travel pack (don't know what we would have done without it!). All emails from Euroventure were very friendly, as was everybody I spoke to over the phone. I don't know why all inter-railers don't book through Euroventure as it takes the stress out of all the planning and organising. All of it is done for you! Thank you for the trip of a lifetime!”

“I would recommend euro venture to anybody. They took all the stress out of organising our trip around Europe. Any problem we ran into while we were travelling they were there to help straight away. They made the whole trip very easy goin and relaxed especially as it was our first big trip away ????”

“Can't fault the service from Euroventure. All trains times were correct and all the hotels were fine for us. Never had any concerns leaving it up to the company as all staff seemed very professional and knew what they were talking about over the phone. The travel pack was also handy and gave us all the information we needed and was all nicely presented. Thanks to all for a great trip!”

“I have always wanted to travel to Croatia and travel through the mountains from Zagreb, through Split, before reaching Dubrovnik via Hvar. I've known about Euroventure now for a couple of years having found out about them from an acquaintance! at work. Having rang up to speak to someone about my plans I could see why this person had travelled with them before. The person on the other end of the phone clearly knew what they were talking about and had plenty of options available for me. It simply couldn't have been easier. Everything was hassle free and friendly. I couldn't have wished for a better holiday by the end of it and would recommend them again in an instant. I certainly will be when I ring up in a couple of weeks to arrange travelling through Italy.”

“The guys and girls at Euroventure made sure my trip to France and Spain was totally hassle free. When I first called them I had a particular schedule in mind and they just made it work. All the hostels were great and we never had to worry about a train reservation. I will definitely use Euroventure again!”

“I don't normally write reviews but this company really did have good customer service because of the personal touch to everything. It's nice that they actually seem to care about your wellbeing? I was unfortunate enough to sustain an alcohol-induced injury on a pub crawl and Euroventure's emergency phone got a late night call and helped me sort stuff out. Also I missed a train and they gave me the info for the next one. Hostels were great too and really helpful and knowledgeable, plus met so many great and interesting people on my travels and even a couple of others with Euroventure too. Basically it's set up so that it feels like you're travelling independently, which you are I guess since it's still up to you where you go, but they do all the organising in advance. I've told mates at uni about them and looking to put a group together for next summer.”

“I recently went on an amazing holiday with a few friends on Euroventure's Iron Curtain package. I really enjoyed myself and the whole process was made very easy for me. The staff were very friendly and helped me upgrade my stay for one of the nights to a hotel (it was my birthday so I treated myself). They helped me find the ideal package for me and the booklet they sent for the trip was full of ideas for cool places to go. I'd always wanted to go to Eastern Europe and buying a package took away the stress of organising it myself. I'll definitely be considering doing another trip with them next summer!”

“My boyfriend and I travelled with Euroventure for 16 days in July. The trip was very well organised by the company and their 24 hour contact line came in very handy. “Me and the wife we was planning to book it all ourselves since we been around a fair bit (French River alps and Italy and all that a few times with the kids) but we wanted to go on a little trip to the Eastern Europe. They was fantastic organising all the travel and hotels in Croatia and Montenegro and a couple other nice places and couldn't ask for better service to be fair to them.”

“The trip was amazing, great places to visit and will go again to them all! Good price for the standard of hostels and transport and happy with the organisation of the trip by Euroventure. Only one issue was communication while on the trip, we got stuck in Italy during the train strike and could't get though to anyone at Euro venture who could help or knew the strike was happening!”
