“The work was good I was just surprised that 3.5 minutes cost $90. I had no idea of the length, but it was nice to know as I think to evaluate further whether to do more”

“Pleased with service and program overall. I wanted to have my wedding video digitized from VHS. It was about 1 hour long. I was disappointed that I was charged extra to digitize the entire 6 hr tape (which had old reruns on it and I did not realize). The service was so spot on I thought there should be a way contact me to see if I want to leave all. that out.”

“I wish before digitizing my VHS tape I would have been informed of the very poor image quality of the original tape. The footage was extremely dark so there are only a few minutes of visible footage.”

Hello Jared, We're grateful for your feedback, and have taken the time to review the footage you mentioned. You're correct: the video appears to have been shot in a very dark room, with limited lighting, resulting in a darkened video file. This is not something we would have been able to observe prior to digitizing. That said, we still feel like all memories are worth preserving, and we would consider this type of darkness to be a minor quality issue in a 30-year-old video tape. We are honestly sorry that you're disappointed in the quality of the video. “This was my second job done by Everpresent. They did a wonderful job transferring 73 picture cd's to a flash drive. Dropped off in one state and picked up 5 states away with no problems whatsoever. Your valubles are safe with them. Recomend highly”

“I was pleased with the communication and service through out. I liked the finished product and that my items were not being mailed as mail seems less reliable. I was disappointed that I discussed that the item I was trasferring was my wedding video (which was under 1 hour) but the tape was longer and happened to have old TV shows and sports that were taped over. I paid extra to trasnfer all that undesired content, when a communication asking if it was wanted would have helped. Overall service was timely and good. I would use them again .”

“My husband and I decided to move out of the house we raised our family in. In order to pare down before the move, I had about 40 picture albums that I needed to go through to keep important pictures of our families. After the job was completed, I presented Everpresent with about 70 pictures to be put on a computer disc for me and my 3 children. Everpresent did an outstanding job of putting the pictures together into a important way to remember the history of our families.”

“quality of work was fine. Tming was a little slow but they kept to their agreed schedule. Pricing was initially a negotiation, and once the sales people agreed on a price the production people sought to modify it. In the end they honored their initial agreement, though, and did the work for the original agreed-upon price. Points for sticking with your word!”

“Nice that local drop offs are available so I didn't have to trust my CDs, VHS and 8 mm to the mails. Original material and new thumb drives returned to same location for my pick up.”
